The customer service was awesome! I hit a pothole and it flattened my tire. I called Mercerdes Benz Service Department and they appointed Dexter to handle my claim. He had my car taking care of and I didn’t do nothing but make one phone call and I was back riding in no time. Myron was excellent to work with in the process of buying an E450. My approach was to settle on the specific car and price before going to the dealership. There were a number of emails and phone calls back and forth to converge on the price and options, but when I went to the dealership there were no surprises. Working with the finance manager was also easy, no upsells, no pressure, no surprises there either. I highly recommend working with Myron. I was also very transparent and direct and I believe I was also easy to work with :)

When I initially came to Mercedes I had a car in mind that I wanted but after test driving it I wasn?t completely sold. My sales associate LePaul listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle and after leaving he called me back saying there was a car that just came in that he thinks I would love, and he was correct. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and the entire car purchasing process was stress free and I did not feel pressured or persuaded into making a purchase. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I can?t wait to come back and purchase another vehicle from this Mercedes location. I had a terrible Mercedes-Benz service department experience at this AutoNation dealership. Stock Symbol "AN" on Wall Street now has purchased 317 US dealerships. I will never return to this shop. I took my 24,000 miles sports car in for an oil change and alignment, should be about $550. The next day I got a call from my rep with a strongly recommended $11,000 service upsell extras. I decline the ridiculous attempt because I knew none of those things were needed. The next day my rep called and said the car was ready for pickup. I came in day three and was told I had to wait a while for my paperwork to be closed out by my service rep who was with another customer. This dealership has no cashier. They told me I must pay at my reps desk and we must go over the bill together. I felt like I was getting my car out of the hospital. I own five cars from three different manufacturers. I get fantastic same-day service at all the other big name dealerships. They all have cashiers who have my paperwork ready. They also have live people who answer when I call. No one in service answers here.

I brought my car in for a routine service - oil change. My appointment was at 12:00 noon. I arrived at 11:45AM. As I type this review it is 4:06 PM. Yes you read it right- over 4 hours with an appointment. I have never experienced service like this. I am thankful for the bottle of water that was offered but this is ridiculous. Although this location is closer to my home, I will not be returning. I will write another post to update the total length of this visit.

I had a cash purchased lined up a few weeks ago to purchase a car for my mother. Apparently the sales person told her she needed to come early the next day to sign the papers because he wanted to watch football. Needless to say, we went down to Cadillac and purchased a car. Service matters. Mind you all this happened after being shuffled off by the original sales person. Imagine trying to sell a car when someone else is standing there cash in hand.

Love the car, not too happy with the service manager. On arrival last Monday for our 40K mile service, which we'd paid for when we bought the car, we were informed that our contract had run out on Friday. Shame on us for not noticing the contract had a time limit, but also shame on the service manager for not working with us. Our attempts to reach upper management of both Mercedes and AutoNation resulted in each blaming the other entity for their rigidity. We drive 2 hours to reach this dealership and have been happy with the actual service. Vinnie, our service rep, couldn't have been nicer. But, as I said to him as we left after the service was done, I will think long and hard before returning to this dealer for another Mercedes.

Visited the shop yesterday, my "advisor" Dexter Thompson was extremely rude & unhelpful. He wasn't much of an advisor, and didn't want to answer any of my questions. I had service that needed to be completed, but was told they couldn't complete it in time even though I had my appointment scheduled days prior. overall bad experience I would take your service elsewhere. I paid $500 and waited 2 hours for an oil change.

My Sprinter RV was towed to the dealership because it wouldn’t start following an extreme cold weather event. Parts had to be ordered, but when I had a family emergency, my service advisor, Vincent, made every effort to fast track the repair. I dropped my car off for Service B. It was ready faster than expected and was a smooth experience. The service advisor Terry Castro sent me a video of my tires and brakes, thoroughly explaining everything was in good shape. It was pouring rain and he even wiped the inside of my car so that I wouldn?t have to sit on a wet seat. I felt valued as a customer and the service I received was exceptional. I do not have my car serviced anywhere other than Mercedes Benz of Marietta.

This review pains me to write, as I always want to make sure I give the same grace I would want if it were me. That said, I also must be honest. I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Marietta on Thursday, December 29th. The transaction started off normal (I have purchased several vehicles in the past) I test drove the vehicle and really liked it. The salesman was super nice and was doing the best he could to give me the best experience he could while balancing multiple customers as it was a busy time at the dealership (I assume because it was year-end). After working out the final price, I worked with my Credit Union to get the best rate possible and presented the MB Finance Rep with a check. While signing papers, I could not help but get a little annoyed that the Rep was continuing to try and sell me on other things in addition to get me to go with MB financing. Considering I had worked in sales in the past, I understood this was part of his job and chopped it up as such. Upon wrapping up the transaction, I noticed that the wrong address was on my Temp Tag registration and pointed it out to the gentleman who assured me everything was correct in the system and not to worry. Additionally, I noticed that the Certified Preowned documents had not been attached the other docs that had been emailed. I was told that they would send those over shortly. I’ll just say it took over a week to get that and it was like pulling teeth to the point I had to make a trip to the dealership to speak to the Manager to get this resolved. At this point, I thought not too bad …glad that’s over with. Fast forward two weeks later, I received a notice from my Credit Union that the dealership had not provided them all the documentation (VIN, Milage etc.) that was needed to close the loan. Again, I was disappointed as I recall going down the list with the MB Finance Rep on what my Credit Union needed, only to have him tell me he does this all the time and would handle it. Well, I thought, let me stay in my lane and let him do what he does. Thinking back this was not a good idea. I reached out to my salesman who again, was super nice but unfortunately unable to resolve the issue but also didn’t communicate with me as well as I would have thought he could have. This caused me to make yet another trip to the dealership to hopefully resolve the issue. This time working solely with the Manager who was super professional and did the best he could. Long story, short, I had to go back to my credit union, put a stop payment on the first check and get a new one issued. I am now waiting for my former vehicle to be paid off (mind you it’s been over 10 days which is what the payoff was for) however the Manager promised me the dealership would cover any additional expenses to make the situation right. (I’ll update my review once everything is sorted out). I would be remised if I didn’t say Mr. Ernest (Sales Manager) did the best he could to help minimize damages and a continued bad customer experience and even offered (which I accepted) several MB items (cup, tag, key chain etc.). My hope is that this was a learning experience for everyone, however I really expected a much better experience from Mercedes Benz than I got.

I would give this review a 0, but due to the Sales Manager Alvin, & Finance Manager Jarad, & Sales Stacia, that made my experience somewhat better from what I experienced, I want. From the start of my first Mercedes experience, I set Mercedes Benz expectation high, a company that is a billion dollar most valuable company. I started my journey last year looking for my forever reliable car with salesman David, due to circumstances that came up in my personal life, I had to put the car on hold & come back late last year and revisit what I wanted. I built my GLE 53 coupe with David over the phone several times, telling him exactly what I wanted on my car, to have my car delivered with the wrong wheels/rims, a year later what a slap in the face like he paid know attention on what I asked for, we had plenty of paper trail and pictures on what I wanted, speaking for myself having the WRONG RIMS on a car is like having the WRONG SHOES on. I can’t even put into words exactly how I feel, and to have David and the Manager to tell me it’s something they can’t fix, is a another slap in the face, Mercedes has all this money I’m not understanding why this matter can’t be fix even if it take months, I want what I order, this is unfair to me as a customer who waited so long to have the wrong rims on my car. This should have been a enjoyable experience & and I feel so shorted. Although the sales manager apologized over and over for the mistake, and took care of other things for me I’m stuck with rims, that I thought could be easily fixed since it wasn’t my fault. I Pray that the company can find a way to fix this huge problem.

I’ve been attempting to retrieve a warranty refund from this dealership since September 2022. I can only get an email reply from the finance manager (Ray) when I Cc the GM. Last contact that I’ve had with Ray was in December when he stated that “he receives tons of emails daily.” I have emailed Ray and the GM twice this week without receiving a reply about my refund. I’m just asking to be treated with the same energy and professionalism that I received when I had initially purchased our past Mercedes.

This place is a scam of a dealership , buyer beware. They try to force you to use all their upsell items. They won’t let you get a basic A or B service on their own. Ahmad the service advisor said you have to use their trumped up $700+ B service. Also , if you are a woman, they will try to talk to you like you are stupid and act like you need their extra services. This place is a joke and everyone there needs to be fired. I went in today for a basic oil change and told them I just wanted a basic oil change and did not want the extra services (like, I do not need them to change the battery on my key fob I can do that all by myself, and all that extra stuff they add on). They refused to service my car if I did not do the full package they tried to sell me. Last time they tried this, I was with my husband so the outcome was different (they tried and realized we were not stupid). Today, I was alone so they really tried. I asked to speak to the manager but was directed to someone who was more full of xxxx than the first person. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Due to their shady service practices I would never support their business and purchase my next car here.

Update: Mr. Dixon, their sales manager contacted with me and got everything properly solved. Im glad they have him. I’m a serious buyer, I’m driving 3 and half hours from Alabama to here in order to buy a brand new GLE350. I got my Cashier’s check ready. Everything was fine until I’m questioning the cost of extended warrenty. They trying to sell me an extended warranty which is apparently higher than listed price from the Mercedes-Benz website. I would also love to buy it if the price is making sense. The financing manager starts to become mad when I asking if I can call Mercedes to see if I will have other options to get my extended warranty instead of buying from them. He starts to give me a lesson while I didn’t say anything. He said god bless me if I can got cheaper option from other places. Me and my wife were just seating there looks like two kids who made mistakes. The financing manager keep telling me I didn’t respect their time and I’m wasting their time. Keep in mind that I drove 3.5 hours and we just spend no more than 1 hour to do all the paperwork. The financing manager also told me the first time of the GLE maintenance will cost around $1000, and the second maintenance will cost more than $1000. And I couldn’t verify. I saw a 1 star review posted four days ago also mentioned the same thing. My wife finally couldn’t stand the preach and we decided not to buy. The car is good, but as a customer, we really feel very very upset, when we have to experience this while trying to by a $75,000 vehicle.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Let first discuss how the service department never answers the phone. They actually had my vehicle (after being towed in) for 3 days before I spoke with someone confirming that it was indeed there still and going to be serviced. I called nonstop to reach them to discuss the situation, each time unsuccessful. Finally by 3:30 pm I spoke with one girl, who proceeded to tell me they were all busy and my information was going in a group chat of service people and someone would then contact me before close of business. Needless to say this never happened, I was forced to takeoff work and physically come to the Mercedes Benz dealership in order to communicate with someone and get my vehicle out of here and towed somewhere that I know will take care of it. If you have a Benz, use Rocco’s European Garage, I knew I should have used them from the start. They are excellent far as price and customer service. I will never even utilize the sales department for my next Mercedes purchase. The owner truly should look into the service provided.

Let me start by saying that the personal service I received was impeccable, but the fees I was charged for looking over my car to ensure everything was in working order (4-year service - changing of air filters) and replacing my windshield wipers were a bit costly. I paid roughly $400 for parts and over $1,000 for labor, and the notification is still on, stating that I needed windshield wiper fluid when I was charged a whopping $74 for wiper fluid. Not sure I'll go back to any Mercedes dealership for service. I feel like women are taken advantage of.

This was by far the worst service experience of my life. Vinny the service advisor tried to scam me by telling me service B1 was $1400-$1700 when its a $400 service. When i questioned him on it he stated "we may be in Marietta but were like the Los Angeles of Mercedes dealerships." He made absolutely no sense and then got aggressive when I told him I was calling my uncle who works in the car business for his opinion. This encounter was such a poor representation of the Mercedes brand and he should be ashamed of himself for trying to take advantage of a young woman! I will be sure to recommend every other dealership than this one!

They were closed and he went out of his way to call and informed me what happen Saturday. Jorge went out of his way to track down where my car was located. It has been more than a month since I purchased a vehicle. I have a lot of electrical issues on a brand new car for which I have paid $115,000.00. My temporary tag expires on December 13 and I still haven’t received any paperwork from the dealership for the registration of the car as of December 12th 2022. I have been promised an update before the temporary tag expires for a whole week and I’m still waiting for an update in the form of a text message orange bell pepper I have written an email to the general manager of this dealership about a week ago and I’m still waiting for a response. I have also written an email to the finance manager who did the paperwork at the time of the purchase, and I am still waiting for a response after a week. I did not expect to have so many problems on a brand new vehicle. The passenger door is broken and doesn’t open. I took it to the Mercedes dealer here in Huntsville and they’re not sure when they can find a replacement handle and they’re not even sure if that is the cause of the problem.

My daughter took her 2021 CLA there for service B today and Vinny told her it would cost $1500. When i called back to the store i was then quoted $750 for the service. These scammers are making up prices. The service at all other Mercedes dealerships in the area are under $400 for the same exact service. We have a pre-paid maintenance plan; this is my second year with the Marietta Mercedes-Benz service department for yearly maintenance. I was greeted as soon as we pulled in. "Bobby" Frozan was our contact. He was present and very helpful. He took care care of the paperwork quickly and also arranged a ride for us since he told us it was an approx. 3-hr. wait and we didn't bring our second car. We were contacted when our car was ready to be picked up. The side mirror on the driver side needed to be replaced and an order for the part was placed. We are waiting to be notified when the mirror comes in. So far our experience was excellent with Mr. Frozan.

My wife accidentally swiped the median late one evening returning home from work causing the rear tire (P) to explode. I took the vehicle into the dealership two day later and they were able to replace the tire as well as look for any other damage that may have occurred. I went in there and asked if I could get a bagel. And one of the staff said “well it would be a rather greasy bagel.” So I went to find one! While I was in the BackRooms looking for a noice thiccc bagel, but all I found was a 36inch big black rubbery circle. It looked like a bagel… sooooo…. I took a fatty bite! Then I developed lung, ear, nose, throat, eye, ear, toe, tongue cancer. I filed my nails. I cut off my nose and ear and toe and tongue because I had you. Salesperson was a little obnoxious. At the beginning she was professional, but at the end she was so unprofessional I was embarrassed and told her I was going to go back to finance to pull the contract. The issue was my rubber mats in which I have now, but I still do not have the rubber mat for the trunk and key chains. When asked about the key chains, she got loud with me, I was upset and really hurt that she would act that way. She stayed on her phone most of the time in reference to her house she was getting. When asked to move the back drop over so I can have it in my picture also, she stated that’s too much work. I’ve always had Cadillacs and switched to Mercedes because my boyfriend stated it would be better for me and since he’s in the Mercedes family already. When asked about my navigation and map system in which o have buttons for she stated once I get the app to working everything else will work as of todays date, it’s not working. This has been the worse car experience I have ever had.

My car had not be serviced in 2 years, and the MB of Marietta did an excellent job in changing out my fluids, replacing lights, and wiper blades...etc. The technician basically advised that I have 5 or 6 really good years on my ML350 with low mileage. I trusted them with my vehicle and they did not disappoint. 11.17.2022 - Update with my NEW vehicle, Mercedes Benz of Marietta does it again!! My Advisor Ahmad was on top of everything. I had repairs under warranty that needed to be handled to after my car was shipped to me. I took it in and Ahmad checked me in, handle the repairs on my NEW vehicle, as well as handling recalled updates on my Older Vehicle, and had me ready to roll, within a few days on both. Regarding the MercedesMe app activation: We purchased a mini motor home with a Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis from an RV dealer. We wanted to connect the MercedesMe app and contacted MB and were told in order to connect to the MercedesMe app to the vehicle, we had to come into the dealer and show proof of ownership for activation. When we arrived, we were told by salesman Quinton Walker, we had to pay $250 for the activation of the MercedesMe app to the vehicle. We said that didn't seem right, but were told by the sales person, Quinton Walker, that is the hourly cost for labor and he would only charge us $50 then for having to handle the activation. We then proceeded to Apple Pay the sales agent, personally to him on HIS Apple Pay, of $50 for the activation process of this Mercedes app? We paid Quinton Walker, personally, via Apple Pay for this activation of the MercedesMe app on our brand new MB vehicle? For a service that is through Mercedes Benz? We have been told by other owners of this RV MB vehicle, that this should not cost anything for us to activate this service with Mercedes Benz. Very disappointed in this scrupulous type of behavior at Mercedes Benz of Marietta, GA for the activation of the MercedesMe app activation.

I've been taking my my sprinter van for service here It was the second time I had disappointment with the service department . First one they wanted me to pay diagnostic fee for a warranty covered job which was done by another location in Roswell for no fee. Second They did my recall service and my sprinter started having issues as soon as I got home. Even despite an independent shop giving me a write up detailing that the problem was directly related to what they had done they said there is no connection and I needed to change some sensor part for $1200. The good thing is I found another indipendent shop for service so I will never have to set foot in this establishment Ever again.

I took my car to be serviced and repaired on November 2, 2022, to Mercedes Benz of Marietta. Jorge was my service advisor. I informed him my collision assist was inoperable due to hitting a pothole and I needed scheduled maintenance. I had prepaid maintenance and he told me my warranty would cover my collision assist. A few hours later he informed me my tie rod was bent so I had to replace my steering rack. I informed him my tie could be replaced and he told me it could not. He said I had to have the whole steering rack replaced for $3495.00. (I declined since I had already received an estimate to replace the inner and outer tie rod from another repair shop.) He said he would need to keep my car overnight for the collision assist repair and tire alignment. I said okay. I did not receive a call from Jorge the following day. I called him at 3:30pm. He said he was in a training class and to come after 5pm to pick up my car. I arrived to pick up my car at 6:30pm and Jorge had left for the day. Dietrick assisted me. When I entered my car, nothing was fixed. The Collision Assist Inoperable light came on. They kept my car overnight and absolutely nothing was repaired and I was not notified that the Collision Assist was not repaired. Nothing was explained to me. Apparently, since I refused the $3495.00 repair/replacement nothing was fixed and I was not informed. Also, I was charged $229.47. This was my first time at Mercedes Benz of Marietta and my last. I have driven a Mercedes since 2010 and one of the reasons is the customer service. I have never been treated so shabbily in all my years with Mercedes Benz Service. It must be time to move on to a Porsche.

Jorge was professional ,but very busy. His appointment before my appointment went over time which I understand. I had to approach him after his client left to let him know, I had another appt. This was 10 minutes after my appt was due. He never came to find me to let me know he was running behind. He didn't have much time and we rushed thru what I came for. This service visit was not as pleasant as my previous visits. Once he texted me to let me know my car was ready, the message was unclear and it just didn't feel as customer service oriented or smooth as before when getting service.

walked in to pick up some touch up paint and a steering wheel cover for one of my older models (2011 e350) and wasn’t greeted at all. i guess since i don’t dress like a big spender my needs aren’t important . after walking around to find the parts department myself, i then stood in line behind a man buying one part for 20 minutes. this is a thursday afternoon by the way everybody in the building is on their phone . while waiting a young lady around my age mid 20s walks in and is greeted and serviced before me because as one of the workers stated to the lady behind the desk ive been waiting at “ i need you to take care of my friend here , i know her mother “ . at this point i knew it was a case of discrimination and left the building . i wish the world wasn’t like this.

I hardly ever write bad reviews. But, the service department at this location is absolutely horrible. The communication is very poor and they don’t have great customer service. I scheduled an oil change at this service and the receptionist called me a day before my appointment saying that they have canceled my appointment and due to them no longer servicing vehicles older than 10 years old. Mind you I have gone to this location several times this year already for several different services and that has never been the case. When I asked the receptionist for further information as to why she said she is not sure. I then asked to speak with the manager whom didn’t answer. I was left to come up with an alternative on my own. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment with another Mercedes Benz service location who does service my vehicle. I recommend not using this location at all for service as they are poorly equipped to give good customer service to those who pay their hard earned money to have their vehicle serviced.

The absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Very difficult to get in contact with them. It takes them an extraordinarily long time to answer your questions, that is if you're able to get in touch with them at all. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. The customer service here is significantly different from that which you receive at other MD dealerships.

Terry was my sales consultant and I have to say he is super kind, nice and smart.. Overall he made the experience nice. But while looking thru the window at the techs doing the service.. I just wasn't sure they did everything that was listed for that service.. Like rotating tires and the car detail.. I just don't remember seeing them do that.. But because Terry was so kind and I had been there for 3 hours.. I kind of just let it go.. since I decided I would be replacing the run flats in a bit anyway.. but maybe I should have asked Terry.

I like this dealership, however, maintenance services are ridiculously expensive/overpriced compared to the service you?re actually receiving. A 20,000 miles service is only an oil change and fluid check at a whooping $800+. How can that even be justified? And they don?t honor their own discounts they send to you via email.

Honestly one of the worse Mercedes Benz dealership I’ve ever dealt with. From the very first day I took my car to get serviced, no one could locate it and give me any answers as to where it was. My service advisor Dexter was beyond rude, incompetent and disrespectful. Never had the answers to any of my questions , never answered the phone nor my texts. Jake the service manager was just as bad, if not worse. As a customer I expressed my frustrations with everything that had been going on with the lack of communication and professionalism as well as my service advisor and nothing was done. I didn’t even get so much an apology for the horrific experience and service I dealt with. As a Mercedes owner, this is not what I expect from a dealership.

I went in on Oct.12.2022 to purchase a mercedes. My sales consultant was DeMareo. He was very nice, professional, and patient with me during the process. I did get a 2022 Mercedes GLB 250 which was supposed to be financed with Capital One auto navigator. Unfortunately I found out days later that Capital One was not going to finance the mercedes. I returned to Mercedes on Oct. 21.2022 and I thought I was going to have to return the vehicle but the team at Mercedes of Marietta who are Mr. DeMareo(Sales Consultant) , Mr Raymond(Finance Manager) and Mr Ernest(Sales Manager) wanted me to give them some time to try and help me keep the mercedes and after a few hours they were able to get me financed with mercedes finanacial and with a lower interest rate than Capital One. Vinnie, my rep, was helpful and attentive and professional. I am a carpenter and have a Metris cargo van. I understand that it would not be possible, but wish there were tradesmen type rates for repairs. I like my vehicle but think I could have financial trouble if there was a major repair necessary. I only had the plastic cover of my right side rear view mirror replaced and two speed sensors replaced and it was $2700. I checked the cost of a sensor and it was less than $200. and the plastic cover could not have cost much. I was shocked at the costs but have to have my van for work. Anything big would be hard to deal with.

If I could give them a zero star I certainly would. I purchased a maintenance package with the purchase of my vehicle in January 2020. I've gone in to have my car serviced twice and had to leave because the maintenance package was not in the system. I reached out to the finance department, which took over ten phone calls to actually reach a live person. Once I was finally able to speak with an actual person - Jarad Johnson, I was told that Mercedes Corp (not Marietta) handled the issue and he would enter the issue into the system and for me to call back on Friday. I called back on Friday and could not reach anyone in the finance department. This went on for one full week, so I reached out to the GM (Alfredo Guillen) and never heard back from him. My husband and I set up a maintenance appointment and spoke with Service Advisor Robert Christian, who was amazing! He took great care of us and made sure to get the maintenance package added to our profile. Had it not been for him, I would still chasing the finance department to get this issue resolved. Although Robert was amazing, I will not be taking my vehicle back to this location. Mercedes of Buckhead was always the location that took care of my previous vehicle with NO issues. It will be the location from now on.

This was my second time taking my car in for service at this location, and overall I'm very pleased. They're super transparent, which I love and have a super clean and comfy waiting area. My rep even searched for any available discounts and applied it to my service--greatly appreciated--I've never experienced them trying to up-sale on anything unnecessary for the car. Purchasing the car was easy with Lord however after a couple of days using the car regularly I’ve noticed the brakes are making a noise when coming to a soft stop and also I’ve noticed a wheel bearing noise , called the dealership and Lord told me he has submitted this inquiry to the Used cars manager and he will get in touch with me . Well I’m still waiting the call of this manager to know next steps terrible customer service Finally and after several calls the Used cars manager called me and when I went to the dealership he went with the technician that inspected the car . After I drove the car with the technician I got this as an answer ; “the noise in the tires is not a wheel bearing is a noise because you have good quality tires and that’s it , in regards of the breaks it might be that the pads are not good quality, I suggest that when going in the freeway alone you slam the brakes and that might help with the noise “. The day after that the brakes are making still that terrible noise , and if MB did not tested quality that speaks poorly of them

Be prepared to have your time wasted if you are going here for service. This establishment is extremely unprofessional. You can’t reach anyone from the service department and they won’t call you back at all. I dropped my car off to have the battery changed. They close at 7pm and I haven’t heard from anyone after four phone calls to my service guy Detrick and the manager Jacob. Also, the service guy Detrick was on a personal phone call on his cell phone on speaker phone the entire time he was working with us. Very unprofessional. I’ll never go back. Still waiting to hear on when my car is ready. Sad.

My sales experience was fine, but when I got my registration/plate in the mail, I saw they REGISTERED MY CAR IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. Who does this?! I didn't know if this was some kind of a scam or just an error. I've been told the registration is "being transferred" but have been given no information about how this happened in the first place, how long the transfer take, etc. I hope I don't get pulled over because right now I'm technically not the registered owner of my own car.

Took my car in for break change and a check engine light. Brakes were changed but they were having a hard time identifying the check engine light. Had to basically beg for a loaner as this was leaving me without a car for several days. They tell me it's a sensor that needs replacing and it was a difficult sensor to get to so it was not a cheap fix. As soon as I drive it off the lot, check engine light comes back on so I take it back. The service agent, Rob, tells me another sensor must be out. My husband has to get involved because what they were telling me didn't make much common sense. I felt like they were taking advantage of me because I was female. They wanted to charge me another large amount to replace another sensor. They finally agreed to refund the first sensor and fix the real issue (because my husband got involved). Within a couple of weeks I tried using my parking brake and it went straight to the floor. I take it back telling then they missed something while changing my breaks. For 10 days I get no update. Once again my husband has to call Rob. He was told the parking break was an alignment issue due to the breaks being replaced and it would be a big job to fix! What??? Shouldn't that be something you check during the break job? How can that not be a safety issue? You put me in an unsafe car! After charging me $4k, you send my car out the store without a parking brake because of your work and want to charge me to fix it?!?! Unacceptable! Taking my car to a service center that values it customers and respect its female customers! I guess a service center with a 2 star rating says everything you need to know. The dealer principle, AutotNation, must be proud!

I was excited about the excellent quote I received online but then I looked at reviews for AutoNation and they were all terrible. I mean like really bad. Only 1 and 2 stars. A lot of people complaining about hidden fees. But the offer was so good I had to give it a shot anyway and I’m glad I did. I had a stellar experience with Mercedes-Benz of Marietta! Not only was the final quote enough to cover what was left of my car but I made a profit. I feel really bad about the way I behaved at the dealership because I was expecting the same kind of experience that I read about. It was nothing like that. Everything was straight forward and easy, and the quote was the quote. No hidden fees. I really hope they get a vehicle in this month that fits my criteria because I would love to give them my business again.

This was my 1st visit to Mercedes-Benz of Marietta. It was easy getting an appointment and speaking to someone about my vehicle & the AO1 required service. (that, in itself, deserves 5 stars) My previous experience with a different ATL MB was vastly different. When I arrived I was treated professionally and it didn’t take long for my specialist to arrive and go over the process. They didn’t do ANY add’l services without fully explaining the issue & receiving my OK. I was a little surprised that, with so many customers, they only had 1 working TV in their 2-room waiting area. Even though there are MB dealerships closer to me, this is where I plan to bring my MB for my future service needs.

I can't give these guys one star. I brought my car in for service and when I came to pick it up they had backed it into the building. I had to wait till they had a loaner car to get it repaired for two weeks. When you call their number nobody answers the phone and after two rounds on the on hold message it hangs you up and you have to call back and start the process all over. I finally got through to the collision department it was another company down the street. They informed me that the car (after 4 days) was not at their shop, they couldn't send me back to the dealership so I had to start the process over again. These guy don't have a clue about customer service. I will NEVER spend another dime on a Mercedes. JUNK!

They made an appointment days out and took my vehicle on the day of my appointment. A few hrs later I received a text message saying they did not have the parts for my vehicle. I was livid! Why make an appointment and take my vehicle if they didn’t have the parts!!! I called Dexter, he checked to see if they had the breaks and made me an appointment the same day!! The technicians asked very basic questions and because I had none, they directed me to customer service seating. My assigned advisor was not at work, so I was assigned another. (Thanks Robert Christian!!) The time it took to do the service was truly manageable (considering)?but the intake experience had set me up to be patient, understanding and simply, willing to be willing in any way. So, here?s the reason I was convinced I would return next year for my service (or anything in between)?my vehicle is a convertible and when I came in the top was down. A few hrs after picking my vehicle up from having the control arm lifts repaired several icons appeared on the dashboard(which were never there when I initially took it in and had the car scanned) and then my brakes locked up and the car would not drive. Towed the car to Mercedes and that?s when all the lies started! I was told that I hit a curb which caused 3 of my abs sensors to become faulty. Then I was told something else based on Mercedes Lis report. Requested to speak with the manager and this is when Jake answers the phone and proceeds to tell a different story which contradicted the information that was given by the service person Ahmad. When I brought that to his attention that?s when he said ?Oh, I have to read the technician?s report. Why would you get on the phone and discuss something that you have not looked into and just try and xxxxxxxx me on the phone? Is it because I?m a woman or because you heard a foreigners voice on the other line? To add insult, when I physically went there and checked in, neither Ahmad or Jake acknowledged that I was there until after 30 min when I complained to the service rep at the desk. Might I add Jake became rude when I questioned the different stories that had been told to me. Very POOR customer service at this Mercedes dealership!!!

I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Marietta. From my first meeting with Quintin, I was satisfied. Quintin took time to provide me answers with all of my questions and ones that he didn't know, he actually followed up on and called me back with those answers. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and not overly pushy or using hardcore selling tactics. It was a natural exchange of solid customer service. The facility is extremely nice and comfortable. Oh and I love my car!

I had to schedule the Appointment for Tire Alignment & Check Engine Oil Light TWICE because the initial appointment was not made/could not be confirmed by the person I spoke to in the Service Dept. I rescheduled the appointment. I called the day of the appointment & there was still confusion regarding my appointment. This is my fourth MB. I?m very glad they opened the Marietta Ga. location, it?s so much better than me having to drive to Atlanta for service. However, since I?m an older female, I feel like the service department takes advantage. The service guy first tried to tell me I needed new front tires, I declined. After service B was completed, he told me my back tires were in the yellow zone. I told him that the tires should last longer than 20,000 miles, he said they don?t because of potholes in Atlanta. I live 30 miles NW of Atlanta, there are no potholes. My husband informed me there is nothing wrong with any of my tires. I paid $695 for my service B. When I made the appointment, I asked for them to check for recalls so I could get that done in one trip, since in the past, they have actually had me drive the 45 minutes and they didn?t even have the recall part. I was told months ago they were still waiting for a fix on one of the recalls. They charged me 59.99 to tell me there were no recalls at the moment.

Current MB is my fourth, first from this dealership. From sales to service this is by far the worst dealership. I ordered a GLB 250 in June 2020 (anniversary present to the wife for early September), told that it would take 45 days. Made several calls and sent several e-mails to the salesman; got no reply. Early September, I went to the dealership with my paperwork which had the actual vin number of the vehicle I ordered. My original salesman quit and did not transfer my paperwork, assume no hand-off process in place by the dealership. Found out that the car came in later and was sold; while I was not notified. Had to re-order; and now the new order was for a 2021 as opposed to the original 2020. Got the new vehicle early December 2021; very next day the check engine light came on. Made an appointment for 9:00 AM, checked in at 8:50; nobody approached me in the waiting area until 1:30 PM. The part had to be ordered from Germany (yes!!! the car was too new) and that took several weeks. The part was shipped to the dealer but that information was not transfered to my service adviser or me. Something told me to go to the dealer; I did and the salesperson who sold me the car actually tracked down the part at the dealership. I was furious and wanted to talk to the General Manager; BUT NOBODY WOULD LET ME! I'm so pissed at this dealership and hate that I'm tied to it. They're so unprofessional and so many things fall through the cracks. The get your money and forget about you, no follow-up. There are serious process errors made at this dealership: my order not being forwarded to another salesperson, the part arriving weeks before I found out about it and my service adviser knew nothing of it, the check-in process for me was a check-out process, they forgot about me; there were even unsigned papers at financing that had to be signed afterwards. The check-in process sucks, because the service advisers don't meet you, leaving you to get lost in the shuffle. At BMW, the service adviser meets the vehicles as they arrive, discuss the issues and give you periodic updates on progress. I wanted to tell the GM this, but nobody would let me. Boy was I pissed. Hate going there.

Brought car in for scheduled appointment to address issue with wind noise from drivers side window. Dropped off car on Saturday and never received an update until I called Monday afternoon inquiring about status. I was told technician said he didn’t hear noise and I needed to come ride with him to point it out. This would’ve been nice to know earlier in the day as I had an upcoming appointment but had been free all day before I called them. Well to my surprise when I arrived to ride with technician I immediately noticed damage to my passenger side door that wasn’t there when I dropped it. It was clear that the damage wasn’t there from the intake pics, and I was told the manager wasn’t there and I would have to wait until the next day to talk to him. Needless to say I was very upset and after waiting for some time I finally went on drive with technician and initially he said he didn’t hear anything but eventually stated there was more noise from drivers side than from the passenger side. He said they would need to drive another car like mine to compare( not sure what that proves). Well long story short I personally never received call from manager but was told damage would be taken care of ( which it was), never received loaner, and there was never a comparison done with another car. My wife was told the car was ready for pickup after being there for a total of 5 days with no resolution for original issue. We will never return to this dealership for anything!

I was looking for a car to replace my high mileage Macan. I went to several Mercedes dealers in the Atlanta area and was given little attention as there is minimal inventory. I had previously purchased 4 vehicles from the Buckhead dealership and the salesperson could care less that I was there. I called the Marietta Dealership thinking a new E Class sedan would be a good fit. Dave Steinfeld took my call and immediately felt an E class Coupe would fit my lifestyle more appropriately. He found me an amazing pre owned E450 Coupe that has become my dream car. Dave is one of the vest salespersons I’ve dealt with in any profession. He followed thru on his commitments and promises and Overdelivered. Don’t trust the internet sales teams. Ask for him to help.

Comment At this time yes I would recommend this dealership because Rita (went on the test drives) was very nice and I want to give the dealership a chance to correct their mistake reporting incorrect odometer mileage. The 2 star rating reflects my overall experience including the odometer issue I noticed right after I left the dealership. I test drove 2 cars but should have made sure I checked the odometer on the car I purchased before signing. That was an error on my part. I would no longer recommend them if they are not willing to report the actual mileage on the car. An updated comment, rating/recommendation will be made after they've had a chance to correct the issue. Less than a mile after leaving the dealership, I pulled into the gas station on my right to make a call. During that call I talked about my new car and was asked how many miles my car has on it? That's when I realized I didn't check it before signing because it was already reading 62,000+ miles when I looked down to read it. Not bad mileage for a 2017, so that is not the issue. I pulled the car fax and the last reported mileage is 61,898; but, the dealership listed the mileage as 61,705 on my documents. That alone is a difference of 193 miles; but, the car was already over 62,000 miles when I was at the gas station less than a mile away after leaving with my purchase. Since it was only a few hundred miles and that doesn't effect the value of the car, I thought it was a simple mistake and I was exhausted so I went home to sleep. Later, I pulled out their AutoNation used vehicle 5 day/250 mile (whichever comes FIRST) Money-back guarantee and then I realized the car was already more than 300 miles over the 61,705 miles the dealership listed on my documents. Therefore, their AutoNation Money-Back Guarantee was already invalid (exceeded due to incorrect mileage) BEFORE I even left the dealership according to the documents they typed up. The dealership was already closed at this time; but, fortunately it has been less than 24 hours since my purchase so I will call when they are open in a few hours and ask them to correct the odometer reading mistake. (I noticed the previous reviewer talked about her trouble getting through on the phone and would rather email the GM. I hope that will not be my experience as well.) Huge lessons learned. I am buying a car for my kids next weekend, I will be well rested or I won't shop and I will take a picture of the odometer to check against the documents before I sign. If it was just an honest mistake as I believe it to be and they make the correction in a reasonable amount of time; I will continue to recommend them and update the 2 star rating of my overall purchase experience. I brought my 2018 Sprinter Van for a check up between services as I was taking my family on a summer road trip. Before leaving, I asked the associate if they topped my fluids and he replied, “Yes.” Cut to a few hours in and I get a warning light that my DEF was low. Not 29 minutes after that I got a warning light about tire pressure. What did they actually do to the car I want to know? Why did I pay to make sure my children were safe if they wouldn’t bother to do what I asked? It’s a joke.

Bad experience since day one with the auto, apparently the cars they sell there are defective, I bought a new 2021 mercedes and from the first day I have problems with that car. the first problem was in the dash that wasnt working, i took it to the dealer and advice me that i had to leave my car for 2 days because they had to buy a new part and I was without my car 2 weeks. A month later the engine light went on and i took my car again to the dealer, now they are tell me it's the motor and I have to leave my car again until they fix the motor. Remember this is 2021 brand new Mercedes; apparently this vehicle is defective since you bought it. I explain that to the sealer the first time and of course hey didnt want to give me another one. I am no longer feel satisfied with this dealer or the vehicle. Very bad experience since day one. I feel that car is defective and I was sold as a new car.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! 0 stars! I bought my car on May 4th, a brand new AMG model… and since then the service at this dealership has been TERRIBLE! I have yet to receive my license plate bc the title clerk Shawanna had been telling myself and the DMV that she’s sent them a replacement check (several times) to process my title info but never did. Now they mysteriously want the DMV to send them a form to receive payment when that isn’t protocol and was never requested when they initially sent my original paperwork and check. I’ve been calling back and forth between the two for over a month now to see if they are doing their job as far as title and STILL THEY HAVE NOT. After 2 months it is an understatement to say that I am terribly disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership. And from the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one lol Also I called the main line for a change and the receptionist was very dismissive and took 0 time to help me. I asked to speak with a manager and she would not help me with that.

Took my Sprinter based RV in for a recall and 20,000 mile service. The “recommended” service price was over $2,000! I opted for the basic service (oil, filter, etc) to keep the warranty valid. This price was still close to $500. I was looking over the invoice after getting home and noticed an item that said the air filter was “plugged”. There was no indication that this was corrected. I called the service advisor and she said this was not part of the basic service and since I opted for the lesser service they felt I could change the filter myself. She was right, I can change the filter AND I can change dealerships. I talked with the Service Manager and he said they couldn’t put parts on a vehicle without permission. I wasn’t offered the opportunity to give permission. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back!

Just purchased a used Mercedes. Wanted it to be looked over and had Robert for my Service Mgr. I was there for four hours with no offer of a courtesy car or shuttle service especially after I was curious how much longer as I had things to do that day. He never came to find me and check in, I always had to find him. I watched other service managers be attentive to their customers but Robert was not this way with me. Upon completion of the four hours he said her would order the part they needed to fix my seat (which seat was working when I got in the car) and told me he'd call to schedule on Monday, this was Friday. Two weeks later he has never called and my seats works perfectly fine. I'm not sure if I am being treated this way because I bought a Mercedes from somewhere else and not there but I definitely wasn't treated like other owners who were sitting around me.

Hello, unfortunately experience wasn't what I thought it was. First, I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle from this dealership because I felt something wasn't right and my sales person wasn't honest with the entire sale. My niece came with me and noticed the "sale manager" was very rude and never spoke to me or even said hello welcome. He sat in the writer office for 40 minutes and laughed like it was a game, I was rushed out. I asked Quintin did I need to put money down? He stated no? I would have put 2,500 or more. The disrespect I endured from Sales mgr he abused his "management skills" and he knew how to use his poor customer service skills with me. At 62 yrs. I never thought I would get treated so badly. The GM, God bless him for coming to my rescue when I was close to having another mild stroke due to the sales mgr Ignorance.The GM didn't have the correct information because sales assoc and sales mgr took this sale unprofessionally. There were things that was never explained by sale person Quintin. Very bad experience. Lost money from this which kept my $289.00 insurance fee. I would never go back due to the disrespect I encountered.

This was a very positive experience buying a used car. The Auto Nation website had great photos and the moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted promptly and pleasantly. We had an appointment for our test drive and they had the car out front ready to roll. Our salesperson, Rita Turkin, was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I needed a little time to chat, so we were able to go to lunch before making our decision. Once we agreed that this was our car, we went though the paperwork process very quickly, they washed the car (it looked brand new) and we were on our way home!

The people that work there acted self important. Not friendly and welcoming like the other dealer we visited. Had to bring my vehicle back the next Monday to get the gas filled up and when the attendant that drove it up to the gas station and back and to get it detailed. Everything in the vehicle including my ice cooler was turned upside down and water leaking out. Did they bother to pick it up? No Did they attempt to put things back? No. My other issue was everybody I asked about my new vehicle, the common reply was I don't know. The only person who new anything of course wasn't there. Not at all what I expected from a Mercedes dealer. Really disappointed. However there is one person who I was impressed with. The gentleman who did the financing. Very professional and welcoming.

I have to give a great review on the amazing customer service that, I received at Mercedes benz of Marietta. I contacted Stephen Moore last year in November 2020 when, I was searching for a particular vehicle which is the 2021 450 coupe. There were none of them in Georgia that where the color that, I liked. I looked online for over 2 months in almost 30 states looking for a particular color, and particular rim on this vehicle. I couldn’t find ANYTHING, because due to covid the e450 coupes weren’t even being shipped to any dealerships in the united states. So I called Mr. Moore back in January 2021, and made a appointment to order the exact vehicle that I wanted. I already had a 2017 c300 mercedes benz that, I bought brand new in 2017 which, I absolutely loved. BUT…………….. It was time for me to upgrade, because I upgrade every 3-4 years with my vehicles. Mr. Moore put my order in, and due to covid everything was delayed for production. I contacted Mr. Moore every few weeks to get a update on my vehicle, and he always answered promptly giving me a update which was a PLUS FOR ME! When my vehicle was finally built it was sitting at the port for a few months due to covid again which wasn’t under anyone control. So, I was just anticipating when my vehicle was going to be put on a ship to be sent to the united states. Well it finally got a ship date last week, and I went to pick my car up on yesterday 5-21-2021. MY car is sooooooooo beautiful, and I absolutely love it! During this entire process Mr. Moore was very patient, showed me the upmost hospitality, his customer service was phenomenal, and he was always very encouraging regarding it getting here in a timely manner which meant a lot to me. Then when it was time for me to go through the finance process with finance manager Jarard Johnson. He was very professional, made sure I was happy with the finance process, recommended a product to purchase that will later on benefit me, and treated me just like family. I was shocked at how smooth the process went, and even more happy that I got EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED WITH EVERYTHING! Mr. Stephen Moore and Jarard Johnson are the 2 people that you want to seal the deal on your Mercedes benz. I’m beyond happy and forever grateful for the outstanding customer service they both gave me. Mercedes benz are the sexiest, classiest, most sophisticated cars on the planet, and I believe that everyone should buy at least one in their lifetime. Where do I start? I went to another Mercedes dealership that was closer to my home to check out some new vehicles. Let’s say after several days of running around before work all to leave with no vehicle because the financing wasn’t right. After taking my ML 350 in for an A service, I found out quickly that this dealership treats you by how much money you can spend with them. Went in for an oil change, came out spending $933.00. After a check of my vehicle, Terry called me back with the details of everything but what I went in to have completed. He was nice until I decided to have some repairs completed elsewhere. They didn?t even put a sticker in the window to tell me when my next oil change should take place. I don?t think that they changed the oil. So now l have to spend time on having it checked again. ???

I received a recall in the mail. I was too busy to manage it so I waited a week or two. I finally got the time to open the letter and read it. The next Monday was convenient for me to get it fixed. I called Mercedes Marietta and Monday worked best for me so I scheduled it for Monday dropped it off picked it up that same day and everything was done. Zero hassle zero scheduling issues. It could not have been more simple than it was. As a sidenote my service manager almost makes me feel like a good friend of mine. We have done business together before. His interactions with me makes me feel like I’m doing business with a friend. I truly hate having car work done (ever) but this type of experience couldn’t be any better, aside from picking it up while I’m asleep and dropping it off before I wake up in the morning..... ha ! that would be weird ! But that is the next level if they want to improve their service ! If you have a Merceides and your time is valuable, I trust this place to handle it. My other experience was as big of a mechanical job as you can have. It was a mess for sure! That too was a drop it off, tell them to fix it and pick it up! $18,000 of fixing my mistake (all my mistake, all real, I’m sure ! ) and it was 100% right when I picked it up..... $18,000 of work and no call backs needed ! Like I said the only way to improve would have been to get it done while I’m sleeping.... same night service ! Ha ! Or have it self drive it’s self to the shop ! Someday ! ?

Poor communication from advisor, Robert and the Service Manager was not available, that could explain why the service is so terrible! I was there for four hours, just to have a valve sensor replaced on one tire. I was charged $319 on a tire, I had installed with Mercedes Benz of Orlando. This place is a disgrace to Mercedes Benz! The problem I has was trying to get a scratch fixed it took two months then when I got my car back it was very dirty. The back door that was painted showed all the buff markes all over the door. I went to this dealership for repairs and was satisfied with the work performed. However, the customer service was poor. I was charged twice for my services and told there was nothing that could be done and only my bank could reverse what happened. This set my family back tremendously due to the careless approach by the service advisor. The situation was eventually handled, but hurt us financially for a weekend. The dealer offered a discount due to our "inconvenience", but this discount was minuscule in comparison to the financial impact of this issue.

I came in for my scheduled maintenance last week, and was so impressed with the customer service I received. Drew was my advisor, and he was top notch. He took the time to ask about any issues I had with the car, and made sure to follow up on everything I mentioned, however small. He made sure to call me with updates, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of while my car was in the shop. Two years ago, when I had a tire issue after buying the car, I did not get that kind of service. Quite the opposite, in fact. It was a bad experience, which was later rectified, but it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully, this time was nothing like that. Drew treated me like I was his first priority, and I don’t dread taking my car in now. Thank you for a much better experience! Well done.

Absolutely terrible experience. Quite a joke to be honest. This dealership will try to squeeze every penny out of you. Terrible customer assistance and the manager was absolutely nowhere to be found. Corporate Mercedes-Benz should be called about this dealership. I went in with my 2010 E550 sedan for a scheduled oil change in addition to taking care of a recalled airbag(passenger side) on the model. In less than 24 hours, both struts on the left and right front side tires blew. The car is literally sitting on the ground. They blamed the situation on a “car wash” I am absolutely embarrassed in the entire staff of Mercedes-Benz Marietta. The mechanics 🧰 have pathetic statements regarding the details of the inspection and service if you ask me. It absolutely makes no sense.

I brought my car in for 3 recalls. The most critical one was related to the infamous SBC braking system. this was handled to my satisfaction. All error messages were deleted on the onboard computer, and it was very nice to no longer see the red warning message on the dash. One of the recall was no longer performed from free, apparently I missed a deadline by a few months. It is component of the fuel system leaking inside the car, under the rear seat, where your children ride... another known issue on the E350. Yet I was charged for the diagnostic as no one caught the expiration date. The service advisor told me I should be happy as I was getting the SBC system repaired for free. Nice! :-( The last recall did not apply to my car. The dealership offers a free carwash; my car exterior was washed and the interior vacuumed but there was still a thick layer of dust left on the dashboard, door panels and handles, etc... I drive my car in all weather and conditions. So I guess no one performed a final check before turning a car over to the customer. I realize the carwash was at no charge but I expected more from a Mercedes Benz dealership. Someone gave me my key and pointed to my car in the driveway... Maybe I'm too picky

I reached Malcom Mackey in early January and scheduled an appointment for two weeks later - 1/25/2021. At our appointment Mr. Mackey began our meeting showing me the available inventory that met my criteria. I was able to identify two models that satisfied my request. Mr. Mackey prepared paperwork and emailed it to me. Our appointment lasted just over an hour. I found this encounter extremely productive! The customer service I received was exemplary - from the best use of my time to the thoroughness of the documentation I received at the end of the meeting. I returned two days later to complete my purchase. Again Mr. Mackey was efficient and customer focused. I spent considerable time with Byron, assigned to be my ?product specialist?. Byron was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and patient. That young man has a very pleasant demeaner, an arresting personality and was very well prepared for this assignment! I do not have the name of the gentleman that managed the purchase paperwork for me, but I found him very efficient too. All in all, this purchase experience was impeccable! My name is Dr Coleman and I am a recent customer at Mercedes-Benz Marietta. Alecia was my sales agent and provided me with some of the best service that I have received in my recent dealings with Mercedes Benz. Unfortunately she was exposed to COVID19 so I did not get to close out my deal with her. Since that time my experience has been down hill. I purchased the vehicle 2021 GLE and was promised that the windows would be tinted in with the sale. To my dismay when closing the deal on my vehicle they weren?t. I reached out to Alecia and she was able to resolve the issue for me so I thought but I have been in on 7 different occasions to find that my request still has not been successfully meet. On my first visit I took time energy and money out of my day to learn that the person that does the tinting was not available. I was rescheduled for the following Monday. I got here waited on my services and it was not what I SPECIFICALLY requested on my initial visit with Mr Robert Christian. Mr Christian completely disregarded my directives and gave me what he wanted me to have. When I asked for a manager I was meet by a man who said that it would be fixed but I would need to come back. The next day that I was scheduled to come back I received a call from Mr Christian saying that I would need to be put in a loaner and my car sent out for service. I agreed. It took a couple days for my service to be complete. I arrived this morning early to retrieve my vehicle but to my disappointment the serviceman that greeted me could not locate my vehicle but when he did he tried to turn a vehicle over to me that was unclean with leaves all over it which says to me that it had not been properly sanitized or cleaned. Getting into my vehicle I noticed that my warning sticker that was attached to my drivers side window was no longer affixed and that the shop for where it was serviced left scratches on my passenger side and all their work debris (sticky stains and things on my interior) This is an outrage to me considering that people are dying and we are in the middle of a pandemic and my car has come I contact with so many different bodies and no one thought to disinfect or clean a brand new vehicle. I know this is not Mercedes Benz standards of excellence and I question why I have been treated so poorly in my experience.

I am annoyed that the oil which is good for 15,000 miles had to be changed after less that 2,000 miles. The Mercedes service book indicated the transmission oil is changed at a B service but there was no evidence of that on the service invoice. I was told by the service advisor that the service would require 3 hours but the car was presented to me after 2 hours. As a former member of a diesel engine manufacture's parts/service organization this tells me the not all the operations were not performed or they were not performed to the best standard. (Maybe that extra hour would have covered changing the transmission fluid.

My daughter went to visit family in GA w/ her C230 MB. She encountered mechanical problems and I called around the ATL area an NO ONE including RBM of ATL wanted to touch the car!! Mind you RBM sold us the car! Regardless I spoke w the service MGR at Marietta MB and he agreed to help us get back home which is currently in Collierville TN. Our children live in ATL so that is why we have such ties there. After speaking w Jake Doherty, Alfredo Guilen and also Andrew Walker they agreed to help us out through the Holiday Hubris. They got my daughter on the road after diligently working on it all day and they were able to loan her one of the newer ones which she LOVED. WHOM do you think she will be buying the car she loved from now? MB of Marietta that’s who. We own 4 MB cars, just worked out that way and we love all of them. It truly distresses me that a few of the “Big named” Mercedes dealerships just didn’t even want to LOOK at the car to get it back on the road. Lesson learned! From now on go to MB of Marietta for your mechanical needs! They exemplify the standards that ANY MB dealership should have!!

It’s mind boggling to me to see any good reviews because my experience with MB Marietta has been unpleasant to say the least. No follow ups, no follow through, say they will do one thing but do something else. On top of all that I’ve complained multiple times and they’ve completely ignored it. I expected better and this has been my worst car buying service to date. Then on top of it all, they didn’t even pay for the rental they put me in when my car was being serviced.

My service rep never answers his calls. Every time i call, it went straight through his VM. He would call me back, but if i missed his call, I had to go through the same cycle - call his phone and leave a message. I left my car at MB Marietta on 7/16. There was no update phone call for three days. I called my service rep on 7/20. It went to his vm. I called CS asked to speak to a supervisor. I finally got an update from him. I was told it would take three days to fix and was promised update phone calls. Today is 7/28, I have received zero phone calls for 8 days! I called my service rep and of course it went straight to his vm. My car has been in the shop for almost two weeks with no update phone calls initiated by them or a loaner car! As I am writing this review, I'm waiting for my service rep to call return my call! Very frustrating experience!

I was shopping for a 2020 GLE and had been working with a local dealer in Vegas. The dealer in Vegas stated if they didn't have it on the lot it had to be ordered, so I placed my order. After 5 weeks and no contact, I started my own search. I found the EXACT GLE I wanted at the MB OF Marietta dealership. I reached out via email on a Monday evening, the next morning I received a call, was provided a very competitive offer (way better than True Car) and a salesman - who by far was the nicest one I have ever dealt with. (David Steinfeld - If you see this, YOU ROCK!) They offered to have the vehicle shipped to me, but after being on lock down for 4 months I opted to fly out that week and drive back. They made every step so easy and kept me informed by text, email or phone. Seriously, the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. These folks know customer service. They knew I was driving back and checked in after the sale just to see how things were with the car and the drive. 10/10 - would recommend!! Overall a great experience and would definitely go back there for my next purchase.

I stopped by the Mercedes-Benz, Marietta dealership Monday to see if they had the model I’d been researching online. As I walked the showroom floor, I heard a very friendly “Hello! How can I help you today?” It was Mark Higgs. He asked me what was I looking for. At that moment, I spot the exact car, make and model I was looking for!” He asks if I wanted to test drive it. I said no because of the weather. It was a downpour, but Mark convinced me and I was so happy he did! He was very knowledgeable about the car, giving me very detailed information about its capabilities, comfort and reliability. I don’t like the car-buying experience at all. In the past it’s been a real headache. Spending all day in the dealership, going back and forth. This time was so different. I knew what I wanted, I had financing, and the salesperson, Mark, listened to me. I didn’t go with the intent to purchase my dream car, but that’s exactly what happened! Not a good experience, on the 2nd day of ownership of my 2013 911 Porsche. I was under the assumption that the battery was on the inspection list for my 2013 Porsche 911? It must have been accidental missed the battery is dead and it looks like the original battery. After getting a jump start I’m getting this Error message "Steering Support Limited". I followed the reset function in owners manual. It didn’t work, the owners manual says the car needs to be brought into a Porsche dealership for service. I don’t think I’ve even put 75 miles on it yet. By the way I left several voice messages to the dealership while sitting in a parking lot for 3hrs. Finally I had to have my 2 day old car towed home. Brought my car to Porsche Dealership on tuesday they tested the battery and said the battery is down to less then 20% and should have been replaced that cost me $500.45 that's only owning this car for 3 Days. Yesterday went for a short ride and turned on the windshield wipers and NO wiper fluid and the passage side wiper blade is coming apart. Should I be concerned about anything else that may have accidentally been missed, engine seals or maybe the brakes? Still no one has responded to me after I've left voice messages, txt and emails. I'm 65 years old and I've bought many vehicle over the years and this is by far one of my worst experiences ever. Someone in your organization should be held responsible for this. Is this the way Autonation treats veterans or was it my age?

I happened to stop by Mercedes Benz of Marrietta in Georgia after looking at other dealerships/vehicles in the area. I wasn't planning on buying a Mercedes as I didn't think it was in budget. Stephen Moore greeted me as I was looking at floor models and asked if there was anything I needed. I could tell right away that he was very experienced and also very genuine. He asked if I wanted to test drive the model I was looking at and after I said "no" he accepted my answer and let me know he was there to help and answer any questions I had. He provided me with the information I wanted and I left, but called Stephen back and told him I wanted my wife to test drive the car. He was waiting with keys in hand when we arrived and was extremely helpful in every aspect. We purchased the vehicle!! The entire experience from everyone at the dealership was great - but Stephen was the deciding factor for us - he is awesome. We love the vehicle, and I plan on calling Stephen when we are ready for another one.

I brought my Sprinter in for service recently and they recommended replacing the diesel particulate filter which is under the extended warranty however there was a faulty bracket that caused it to fail that is not under warranty and cost over $400 which I would have to pay. That was aggravating so I said since I’m not using the Sprinter I’ll do it later. I bring it back today to get that done and now they say two brackets have failed and my part will be $819.31 plus tax for that. They “found” other stuff they want to do and the total bill is $8875.77. I am not happy at the moment. 2016 Mercedes Sprinter Crew Van

I was visiting my son in the area when I was involved in an accident which resulted in the total loss of my 2014 GLK350. I called this dealership (along with several others, including Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Atlanta) and decided to go get a feel for who I may be dealing with. I can not give this dealership enough praise! My salesman, Mark Higgs and sales manager Ernest Dixon are absolutely top notch professionals who honestly know how to make someone feel appreciated for their business! My husband and I usually deal with a Mercedes dealership in Charlotte, NC but after this experience, we WILL return. Everyone there seems warm, genuine, and just plain happy. After my decision was made and I signed the papers, The product specialist, Kobe Weir, made sure to explain the features of the car, gave me his card, and told me if I had any questions in the future to give him a call on his cell phone. I take note of everything and how people react with others - Kobe continued to give a positive impression of being happy with everyone around him and appeared to enjoy his job, customers, and coworkers. Keep up the great work, guys! Know that the people who you make a good impression upon will be loyal partners for future business and recommendations.

The last time I visited Mercedes-Benz of Marietta, I was not too impressed because the sales person was impatient because I was not buying a car that day. However, this time was different. I told Tyree that I was not buying a car on that day, he was cool, professional, and he took time to show me the cars. He never at anytime pressured me to buy a car but cleverly gave me choices to a point I decided I had to buy the car that day. I was very impressed by his salesmanship and he is a very promising young man.

First of all they tried to sell us extras to check— From $312 up to $1600 then they called and said battery showing weak ..a new one $400-then they said the 2 back tires needed to be replaced ! Well Mercedes of Alpharetta— did our check up in December 2018—-he said it was the BIG ONE-also I told him I needed 2 tires—- he came back and said the tires were GREAT keep driving them and get some wear out of them because they are too expensive to not have to be replaced!!! Our bill was less than a thousand dollars for the WHOLE BIG check up——-will not ever go back and will not recommend this dealership to anyone—- further more they train across the street for Auto Nation!

Dealt with Stephen Moore in Sales and Jarard Johnson in Finance. They were both professional, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt and helpful. I had an appointment twice to have a factory recall corrected. Bother times, the appointments were cancelled with no follow up. BAD BUSINESS! I'll never refer anyone to this place. Furthermore, I tried to get a bulb replaced in the drivers side front lamp and they tried to charge me $600.00 for bulb and installation. You have to be joking. BAD BUSINESS!

I seldom write reviews but as an avid Mercedes fan I just had to write this review. I read most other reviews on here share the same views. Stay away for the service of your Mercedes from this dealer. I have for over ten years serviced my Mercedes Benz vehicles with RBM and they are excellent. This dealer's service department has a LOT to learn. I gave them a chance as they are closer to my house, but it is not worth it. They are exceptionally slow and there is NO customer service or care. I took my S550 in for service on the Thursday. I waited for 45 minutes before I left with a loaner. At RBM that process took less than ten minutes at most. They kept my car until the following Tuesday, "waiting for a part". I had to follow up all the time. There was no keeping me informed from the service advisor. When I finally collected my vehicle it was filthy dirty with oil and grease boot marks on EVERY carpet from mechanics. Check out took equally long. There was NO after service follow up by management. I do not know how Mercedes Benz can tolerate this. Stay away and rather use RBM of Atlanta.

Good experience until I found out the website description of the 2013 Buick having new tires was not correct. Only 1 tire was new. The other three tires were 2 years old. Unfortunately, I found this out after the fact. Contacted the dealer, but as of today, two weeks with no response.
