Great sales

I had an amazing experience with my first service A at Mercedes Benz. They got me in and out quick. However, the finance department at this location was subpar. I would?ve went somewhere else. Ordering a vehicle from this location was great.

Nick, my Service Advisor is professional and courtesy. He informed me about the service process and what was included. Nick also kept me updated about the time constraints.

LePaul's customer service was awesome. I was disappointed with Autonation's decision to replace my windshield with a none Mercedes model since the original model was on backorder and that was not conveyed to me prior to my CPO purchase. Finance manager was stoic and somewhat rude. Disappointed Autonation doesn't provide free snacks for customers in the waiting room! You all need to go to a Lexus dealership and learn from their snack's offerings. This is my first Lexus and this dealership was recommended by my neighbor who purchased her car from LePaul. I lovet my SUV but Autonation has some work to do! Prayerfully my honest opinion is bot in vein.

My Service, Ahmad Frozan provides great customer service. He is friendly and great service advisor. This dealership has serviced my vehicle since I purchased it and they do great work.

Although I waited 10 minutes in the bay for someone to acknowledge me and get my car, service was fast and my service guy answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Ahmad was the best. He was honest, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I bought my Mercedes from a different dealership and brought it to Mercedes of Marietta for an inspection and they were SO THOROUGH! Ahmad is my go to guy and he made sure that I had all the facts! I went in for a recall. I stopped going to this location after being advised that I couldn't just have the oil changed any longer. Before I could sit down the advisor came over and stated you have a big problem or similar wording. He asked me to come out to my vehicle and began to say I had a slow start which was probably the Cam Shaft. I quickly told him that I had paid 5000.00 at that location for that issue.. less than two years ago with only 11,000 miles driven. My research showed that a new camshaft should last upward if 80,000 miles. The advisor checked the records and sure enough the proof was there. I told him I was calling Mercedes. They advised that due to the age and mileage of my vehicle it would be a dealership issue. They attempted to call the manager and service manager ni response. I was told on several occasions someone would call me back. I never got the call. I submitted a compliant to the Better Business Bureau and they did not receive a response. Cam Shaft issues are known in ML350 models but not my model per the manager I spoke to before leaving. I see in other complaints a response is to call the service manager what a joke. I'll leave my hope and wishes for this dealership in my head. Also, after being told that they can no longer do just oil changes the reputable Mercedes company that entrust my vehicle with stated that I'm doing my oil change that My Mercedes parts weren't being used at Mercedes Benz of Marietta. Beware unless you have 5 grand to spend for poor service and repair

Came here for my first car buying experience and would absolutely recommend it to a friend or family member! I worked with Rita on buying a used Volvo they had in stock (not a Mercedes) and she treated me with such respect and was very responsive over text. They took my trade-in and gave me a great deal on it even though it also was not a Mercedes. I would return in the future for later car buying needs!

The customer service from my salesman was superb. He went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted. He had the perfect balance of being informative, but not too pushy. If you are interested in purchasing a Benz, then ask for Rhon and you won't be disappointed.

The staff was very friendly & helpful, from the time I pull into the bay to the end of my service. They got me in & out in less than the 3 hours quoted time.

It was my first time at this dealer. They were communicative and helpful. Took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the options. They provided an accurate estimate of the time it would take for the car to be ready.

Terry Castro is my advisor. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. He is well-informed, knowledgeable and explains everything to me so that I can understand. I have never had to wait an exceptional long time and the facilities, coffee, snacks TV , clean environment make it all worthwhile. The mechanics/techs have always done a superb job in repairing and maintenance of my car, and my car comes out, always washed and cleaned in the end. I highly recommend Mercedes of Marietta.

Okay, so I typically go to Mercedes South & I should have gone there. Anyways... I went there because I had a coupon. MS advertised for A service a little over $300 with the coupn added to the advertise price, not including tax. In my mind, I'm thinking, okay, not sure what coupon was applied, but I have up to $150 off, so I should come out lower if not the same as MS. I was willing to travel & see. I get there & the service person comes up & says your service today will be $700 & some change! I said, "Excuse me, what does this include?" The A service & brake something or other. Well, 1. I didn't ask for that, nor did you as if I had that service done or not, which I did. Then he said well then it will be over $400. I told him I had a coupon. He said okay. They did small things, which I didn't ask for & you would think if you're coming in for a $400 plus dollar oil change the oil filter, heck all filters are included in the price. Even with my coupon, my total was still over $400. Needless to say, I wasn't happy, I won't be going back & I'll stick to what I know!!!

After my experience, the director, Jacob, called back the next morning. He was upset and very remorseful about the way I was treated. He assured me that Mercedes by no means treat customers the way my husband and I were treated. Jacob gave several options on how the situation could have been handled and avoided. Actually, we got our van back the next morning and did not need a loaner car. Jacob was great in making sure my husband and I were satisfied. Jacob also assured me that in the future we would never have this problem again. My husband also stated Carlos was great as well. I do believe in 2nd chances and after speaking to Jacob extensively, I believe I may have just had a bad experience, but this may still be a great dealership. I recommend if anyone has any problems or concerns, to speak with Jacob. He will make sure you are handled and treated properly.

Opened on time, friendly, courteous…vehicle delivered on time without upselling. Competent, professional interaction.

Veronica was easy to work with and made the deal simple. There wasn't a lot of back and forth negotiating, which made the process much faster.

I reside in Miami, Fl and was looking for a Mercedes Benz Metris van for my business. After contacting several dealers in the Miami and Tampa area, the calls were not returned or just simply "we don't have any" But when I contacted Mercedes Benz of Marietta, the call was answered by Melinda Hornberger, she was very professional and courteous. Melinda told me there was a Metris van in stock and within 5 minutes of speaking with Melinda, I asked her to to hold the van and within a week I flew to Atlanta and bought the van. Best decision made! Raul

Took me 90 days to get tag for car. Inept people in tag department, even sent me expired temp tag. GM does not car and staff spends a lot of time throwing other employees under the bus. Have issues w navigation system and told software obsolete. Car Play installed and maybe works, maybe doesn't. Side mirrors stopped folding automatically working when using key fob to lock. Took to dealership and was fixed for 24 hours and stopped working again. While caveat emptor is usually reserved for a real estate transactions, it applies here.

I went to this dealership in hopes to buy a new car however the vehicle I wanted was in transit. Once I gave the sales person my credit card info for a refundable vehicle hold, I never heard back from the sales person. Even after I sent follow up emails. I would hope that purchasing a vehicle I would not have to chase someone down to take my money. With that being said I went to RBM Alpharetta and they were wonderful and had the car I wanted in stock!

Very knowledgeable and professional salesman (DeMareo Greene). Mr. Greene made our car-buying process seamless and painless. I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Marietta.

I will not go into details other than to say your service tech was deceitful and unethical in his practices. We will never return to this dealership. They should be ashamed of how their supposed valued customers are treated.

Service was great, people were friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date the entire time. My only complaint is my car wash wasn't very good.

Sent many emails for my GAP refund to financial manager Raymond Cockerham. There is no reply at all. When I purchased the car he made me purchase everything like GAP insurance , Dent protection, Tire and wheel protection, MB maintenance but When I request for GAP refund when I no longer needed there is no response at all. Very disappointed.

My service manager, Ahmad Frozan, is always very friendly and helpful. The dealership itself is very pleasant. I love my GLE, but my only complaint so far is the expense for service. I had owned Lexus vehicles since 2007 before my son found this car for me. Service at a Lexus dealership is generally half what I am paying now.

I wrote a great review when I first purchased my car. But it has been a month, have not received anything from the finance company have emailed Raymond; his response were I will check into it,today is the 24th my payment is due on the 28th and I only have the name of the finance company..Also have not received my tags!! I am very upset.

Exceptional service

Overall, my experience at this location has been the worst I’ve had since owning my car. I have visited over 5 locations (due to many cross country moves) since owning my car and have had plenty of amazing experiences until I stepped into this specific location. The first day I came by was for a routine maintenance (a Service A). When I stepped into the building I was greeted by the service manager who told me I was due for a Service B. I informed them that it was indeed an A in which they responded with “here let me prove it to you in your car as some people can be confused.” They went to my car and uploaded the computer screen where it displayed that I was correct and it was a Service A. They tried to pivot by saying “oh it is still worth it to do a Service B.” Not once did they apologize for their mistake and continued to try to upscale me into the Service B. Later that year I informed them of some odd sounds from my car and that the Start/Stop was not functioning. They took my car in and informed me that there was nothing they could do as their “computers showed nothing wrong with the car.” I informed them the car was once in an accident and that if there were any issues from it my insurance would cover it. They refused to see my car until the insurance informed the dealership that they will be paid for anything accident related. After many parts were replaced and fixed (just as I believed —-there were many missed/broken parts in the car), I received my car back to have the exact two problems I came in for continuing to persist. I brought the car back and was told on many occasions nothing could be done. I was told nothing is wrong with my start/stop due to their “computers saying nothing is wrong,” regardless of what our own eyes could see and confirm (that it indeed was not functioning properly). Finally after many headaches they replaced my battery reluctantly and magically my start/stop began to work again (which is what I said needed to be done from the beginning—aka 6 months ago). It was then that that I realized this dealership will not service a single thing unless they can ensure they are getting paid by Mercedes the company (aka their computers have to say something is wrong with the car regardless of what our eyes can see). As far as I was told, no one even tried to contact upper management within Mercedes corp to inform them of the dilemma and attempt to resolve the strange policies in place to ensure customer satisfaction. (Which by the way I did contact Mercedes corp and they were extremely helpful and stated they WILL cover the costs when I brought the car to another dealership after these experiences). At the end of it all I was told in words similar to the following: “We did a lot for you and used up a lot of our time and energy. Had we known the car was in an accident we would have never taken it in to try to repair.”

Everyone was both courteous as well as professional. They performed the necessary work in a timely manner.

My experience at the dealership was excellent. My experience with the car was not good. I had my car serviced at this dealership in January 2023. One morning, April 6, 2023, I went out to my garage and it smelled of gas. This was very unusual. I called my gas company and they said they would send someone out to check for a gas leak. The inspector came and said that the smell was gasoline. I did not see any gasoline leaking from my car. I started to crank my car and gasoline came out everywhere on my garage floor. I called the dealership and was told I needed to have my car towed in. Mercedes should have sent someone to tow the car. I called my roadside service and was told that I needed the fire department to come before they would tow the car. The fire department came and said it was okay to tow the car. I waited hours for a tow. The dealership closed and no one called until the next day. I was told something happed with one of the hoses that go to the gas. Why wasn’t this checked at my service in January. My garage smelled of gas for nearly two weeks. I tried everything. I’m very, very disappointed in Mercedes! It was very stressful!

Unfortunately we don't work on anything older than a 2013 here" Mercedes of Marietta should be ashamed of how poorly they run their business and really makes me personally regret buying a Mercedes.

Very professional and friendly experience from check-in, to interaction with service advisor, service tech, and pick-up car next day. Service Advisor (Chanel) is terrific and is your 1 point of contact for status, next steps, arranging transit, etc..very professional.

My overall experience was excellent - from making the appointment, to being greeted by my service advisor, I was fully informed about the service and anticipated time frame for completion.

Took car in for A/C not cooling. Received estimate, authorized repair. Final bill was less that esstimate. Very pleased with Service Adviser. Very professional and courteous.

Vinnie was very helpful & explained the maintenance my car was receiving. The service was performed quickly. The only downside was the car wash. I should've opted to just not get it or they should've just not offered to do it, if this was the effort they were going to put into it. Huge spots were missed. Half of my car was washed well; the other half looked like my toddler did it. To "shine" the tires, they just did one little spray. SPOTS of my tires were shined but very sporadic. I had to go pay to get my car washed at an actually car wash because my car looked so ridiculous.

MBM took great care of me and my car was serviced and repaired same day. My service advisor Dexter Thompson is always super helpful and knowledge

A standard check up based on mileage, added on as part of a recall. Service was handled in a timely and courteous manner. Vehicle exterior was washed and interior vacuumed. No mechanical or follow up problems discovered.

I’m use to a service manager coming out to greet me when I pull up. At least this is protocol for the Mercedes dealership I usually use in Duluth. Anyway, after sitting 10 minutes or so I go in to an empty counter. It took another 5 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. I had an appointment and arrived early, but I had to wait. My service B quote was about 40% more than I’m use to paying. I only chose this location for convenience, but never again. The service department is not up to par.

Don’t recommend for service. I had to take my car here for recall service, and they don’t even offer loaner cars for recalls. They could not accurately determine when my car would be ready - one day turned into two which turned into three. Good luck getting anyone on the phone during business hours.

My overall experience was good but getting to the experience itself was a pain. I called an endless loop of operators to finally get someone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment and when I was missing a piece of information (my fault) I was stuck on endless loop again trying to get back to the person I had just talked to. I got lucky however and scored a cancellation on the online portal (which didn’t need the same information that put me out of the loop before of course). The service once I was actually there was above and beyond. Vinny helped me out and my experience was great. One problem occurred at the end when an electrical problem sent me to another shop and that issue has not been resolved at the moment.

This by far has been the worst experience I have had at a dealership. Tyler my salesman was very positive throughout the experience, but this does not negate all of the foolishness that has transpired since purchasing my vehicle from them just last month.

My experience was amazing. I had Ahmad as my advisor and he was very thorough and professional. He kept me abreast of the process and what my vehicle needed the entire time. Financial person have some poor and undesirable practices. I turned down receive of my 2023 GLE 53 couple.

Initially I tried to contact the service department by phone to see about additional services. Very disappointing that I could not talk with a person, I kept getting a voicemail. No one returned my calls. I scheduled an appointment online. The service was good, staff was friendly. But the price of the additional services was way overpriced. I definitely will not be using Mercedes Benz dealers to do routine maintenance on my vehicle.

Service Shop was very professional and quick My service advisor is the best!

We unfortunately had a mechanical malfunction at 5:15 in the morning while traveling for vacation. Ended up parked in the service lane until they opened at 7:00. Terrible customer service, 4 hour wait then they told us it was going to be an additional 2 hours for something they missed, the service rep said I could take my family and walk down to the Waffle House and wait. Mind you we are 600 miles from home. No loaner option to get us back on the road. Sat very patiently with my wife and 3 kids almost the entire time. When I got frustrated let out an inexcusable expletive and walked out the service doors, I was followed by the service rep (Ahmed ?) who was yelling at me to calm down and that they were trying to “help”. He used a handful of choice expletives after I repeatedly told him I did not want to talk with him and he insisted shouting at me until I exited the service area. He then proceeded to talk about us “Indiana people” loud enough for my wife and children to hear. Thanking my stars I don’t ever have to come back. All for a faulty thermostat that’s under warranty. I don’t think in all my years I have been treated so rudely.

My service specialist, Bobby, kept me informed and loaned me a new Mercedes the month my car spent in the shop. They replaced my engine and waived all fees for service. My car runs and drives great!

Not a good experience at all. The people working here all seem disconnected. There is no customer service and they do not really care about the customer needs. Be prepared to spend a lot of time here without much results. Find another dealer!

Keenan was my sales guy! He sold me a 2023 Mercedes Benz C300! While we waited for the vehicle to come in, he check up on the vehicle regularly and gave me updates. They are full of it and they tell lies, they also have poor communication. Not sure which one is the liar, Benjamin or Joseph, but they told me they were able to get a car in from a different location that I wanted. But then they said they couldn't get it, so I called the dealership myself and they told me that they inform the dealership in Marietta that the car is indeed available. I feel they wasted my time, I could have been working with another dealership than this one.

Customer service isn?t great when you have a problem or say no to the super expensive options they say you require. Two weeks later still trying to resolve. I can?t recommend them to family or friends but I would recommend to my enemies.

Took my van in for service and for some reason they make it a practice of separating your Mercedes fob from the rest of your keys and by doing so ended up losing my Cadillac fob and all of my house keys!

Took our E300 in to the service department for a malfunctioning camera and we were told that the license plate bracket was the problem and wanted to replace it for $250. We declined and brought the car home and removed the bracket and the camera still had the same problem. When I spoke to the Service Manager(Vinnie) he was not helpful at all and finally suggested we take our car elsewhere for service. Terrible customer service will NEVER return to this dealership again!

I was very late in getting my car serviced. The bill was surprisingly high. But I didn't think that it was so long and I've clipped one or 2 curbs. But all is right with the world, except from my husband but that was anticipated. I will only use the dealership with a high end vehicle.

So satisfying, Terry made my experience unbelievably awesome, fast , quality service. I recently stopped by MBM without an appointment because of a problem with my tires. The Service gentleman Ahmed greeted me and quickly figured out the problem. He helped me get to my service reps Terry and Vincent who worked together to get my issues taken care of that day! When I got there they were very busy but didn't blink an eye in trying to do what was best for me. They even had my Service B taken care of instead of me having to return for my scheduled appointment later in the week. I am so appreciative of being treated so well. I took some time to see if my opinion of service received would change and, unfortunately, it hasn’t. My salesman was attentive and responsive… until I purchased the car. I needed some follow-up on a number of open items [no navigation card, issues with electronics, etc]. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing’s been resolved. To make matters worse, I was told that my app would work in a few days. 2 weeks later I learn that it’s a subscription service! I was NEVER told about this. It appears that customer service isn’t for the full relationship lifecycle. It ends at purchase and that’s beyond frustrating for a Mercedes Dealership!

I was very appreciative of being given a loaner since I was not local. All the correspondence about my vehicle was prompt and complete. I ordered a GLE 350 mid-November with a written offer for my trade-in. When the car came in in January, they reduced the trade-offer by $4,000. Although the sales rep. got the $4,000 restored, the lower offer should never have been presented to me. I would recommend the dealer on the basis of their lower pricing structure vs. the other Mercedes Benz dealers in Cobb, Fulton, & and Forsyth counties, but the offset is a less than satisfactory sales experience.

Myron was excellent to work with in the process of buying an E450. My approach was to settle on the specific car and price before going to the dealership. There were a number of emails and phone calls back and forth to converge on the price and options, but when I went to the dealership there were no surprises. Working with the finance manager was also easy, no upsells, no pressure, no surprises there either. I highly recommend working with Myron. I was also very transparent and direct and I believe I was also easy to work with :)

When I initially came to Mercedes I had a car in mind that I wanted but after test driving it I wasn?t completely sold. My sales associate LePaul listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle and after leaving he called me back saying there was a car that just came in that he thinks I would love, and he was correct. I had a terrible Mercedes-Benz service department experience at this AutoNation dealership. Stock Symbol "AN" on Wall Street now has purchased 317 US dealerships. I will never return to this shop. I took my 24,000 miles sports car in for an oil change and alignment, should be about $550. The next day I got a call from my rep with a strongly recommended $11,000 service upsell extras. I decline the ridiculous attempt because I knew none of those things were needed. The next day my rep called and said the car was ready for pickup. I came in day three and was told I had to wait a while for my paperwork to be closed out by my service rep who was with another customer. This dealership has no cashier. They told me I must pay at my reps desk and we must go over the bill together. I felt like I was getting my car out of the hospital. I own five cars from three different manufacturers. I get fantastic same-day service at all the other big name dealerships. They all have cashiers who have my paperwork ready. They also have live people who answer when I call. No one in service answers here.

I brought my car in for a routine service - oil change. My appointment was at 12:00 noon. I arrived at 11:45AM. As I type this review it is 4:06 PM. Yes you read it right- over 4 hours with an appointment. I have never experienced service like this. I am thankful for the bottle of water that was offered but this is ridiculous. Although this location is closer to my home, I will not be returning. I will write another post to update the total length of this visit.

I had a cash purchased lined up a few weeks ago to purchase a car for my mother. Apparently the sales person told her she needed to come early the next day to sign the papers because he wanted to watch football. Needless to say, we went down to Cadillac and purchased a car. Service matters. Mind you all this happened after being shuffled off by the original sales person. Imagine trying to sell a car when someone else is standing there cash in hand.

Dwight Banks was spot on in helping us with the purchase of our Mercedes GLA 350. He provided excellent customer service and answered all of our questions about the car while working us through the process. The dealership is top shelf with very professional staff that provide great service from the moment we arrived up to our drive out. Mr. Banks is an great asset to this company and I will definitely recommend my family and friends to consider RBM if they are considering buying a quality car.

Love the car, not too happy with the service manager. On arrival last Monday for our 40K mile service, which we'd paid for when we bought the car, we were informed that our contract had run out on Friday. Shame on us for not noticing the contract had a time limit, but also shame on the service manager for not working with us. Our attempts to reach upper management of both Mercedes and AutoNation resulted in each blaming the other entity for their rigidity. We drive 2 hours to reach this dealership and have been happy with the actual service. Vinnie, our service rep, couldn't have been nicer. But, as I said to him as we left after the service was done, I will think long and hard before returning to this dealer for another Mercedes.

Visited the shop yesterday, my "advisor" Dexter Thompson was extremely rude & unhelpful. He wasn't much of an advisor, and didn't want to answer any of my questions. I had service that needed to be completed, but was told they couldn't complete it in time even though I had my appointment scheduled days prior. overall bad experience I would take your service elsewhere. I paid $500 and waited 2 hours for an oil change.

My Sprinter RV was towed to the dealership because it wouldn’t start following an extreme cold weather event. Parts had to be ordered, but when I had a family emergency, my service advisor, Vincent, made every effort to fast track the repair. Vincent was very communicative from the time he took over my vehicle by texting updates & answering questions promptly. I appreciate that communication.

I dropped my car off for Service B. It was ready faster than expected and was a smooth experience. The service advisor Terry Castro sent me a video of my tires and brakes, thoroughly explaining everything was in good shape. It was pouring rain and he even wiped the inside of my car so that I wouldn?t have to sit on a wet seat. I felt valued as a customer and the service I received was exceptional. I do not have my car serviced anywhere other than Mercedes Benz of Marietta.

I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Marietta on Thursday, December 29th. The transaction started off normal (I have purchased several vehicles in the past) I test drove the vehicle and really liked it. The salesman was super nice and was doing the best he could to give me the best experience he could while balancing multiple customers as it was a busy time at the dealership (I assume because it was year-end). After working out the final price, I worked with my Credit Union to get the best rate possible and presented the MB Finance Rep with a check. While signing papers, I could not help but get a little annoyed that the Rep was continuing to try and sell me on other things in addition to get me to go with MB financing. Considering I had worked in sales in the past, I understood this was part of his job and chopped it up as such. Upon wrapping up the transaction, I noticed that the wrong address was on my Temp Tag registration and pointed it out to the gentleman who assured me everything was correct in the system and not to worry. Additionally, I noticed that the Certified Preowned documents had not been attached the other docs that had been emailed. I was told that they would send those over shortly. I’ll just say it took over a week to get that and it was like pulling teeth to the point I had to make a trip to the dealership to speak to the Manager to get this resolved. At this point, I thought not too bad …glad that’s over with. Fast forward two weeks later, I received a notice from my Credit Union that the dealership had not provided them all the documentation (VIN, Milage etc.) that was needed to close the loan. Again, I was disappointed as I recall going down the list with the MB Finance Rep on what my Credit Union needed, only to have him tell me he does this all the time and would handle it. Well, I thought, let me stay in my lane and let him do what he does. Thinking back this was not a good idea. I reached out to my salesman who again, was super nice but unfortunately unable to resolve the issue but also didn’t communicate with me as well as I would have thought he could have. This caused me to make yet another trip to the dealership to hopefully resolve the issue. This time working solely with the Manager who was super professional and did the best he could. Long story, short, I had to go back to my credit union, put a stop payment on the first check and get a new one issued. I am now waiting for my former vehicle to be paid off (mind you it’s been over 10 days which is what the payoff was for) however the Manager promised me the dealership would cover any additional expenses to make the situation right. (I’ll update my review once everything is sorted out). I would be remised if I didn’t say Mr. Ernest (Sales Manager) did the best he could to help minimize damages and a continued bad customer experience and even offered (which I accepted) several MB items (cup, tag, key chain etc.). My hope is that this was a learning experience for everyone, however I really expected a much better experience from Mercedes Benz than I got.

I?ve had my GLB almost 3 yrs and I can say the service guys go out of their way to help and make the process smooth and enjoyable for customers. The sales guys are also great and did a lot to get me the exact car that I wanted for a good price. I?d definitely recommend this location to anybody

I would give this review a 0, but due to the Sales Manager Alvin, & Finance Manager Jarad, & Sales Stacia, that made my experience somewhat better from what I experienced, I want. From the start of my first Mercedes experience, I set Mercedes Benz expectation high, a company that is a billion dollar most valuable company. I started my journey last year looking for my forever reliable car with salesman David, due to circumstances that came up in my personal life, I had to put the car on hold & come back late last year and revisit what I wanted. I built my GLE 53 coupe with David over the phone several times, telling him exactly what I wanted on my car, to have my car delivered with the wrong wheels/rims, a year later what a slap in the face like he paid know attention on what I asked for, we had plenty of paper trail and pictures on what I wanted, speaking for myself having the WRONG RIMS on a car is like having the WRONG SHOES on. I can’t even put into words exactly how I feel, and to have David and the Manager to tell me it’s something they can’t fix, is a another slap in the face, Mercedes has all this money I’m not understanding why this matter can’t be fix even if it take months, I want what I order, this is unfair to me as a customer who waited so long to have the wrong rims on my car. This should have been a enjoyable experience & and I feel so shorted. Although the sales manager apologized over and over for the mistake, and took care of other things for me I’m stuck with rims, that I thought could be easily fixed since it wasn’t my fault. I Pray that the company can find a way to fix this huge problem.

I’ve been attempting to retrieve a warranty refund from this dealership since September 2022. I can only get an email reply from the finance manager (Ray) when I Cc the GM. Last contact that I’ve had with Ray was in December when he stated that “he receives tons of emails daily.” I have emailed Ray and the GM twice this week without receiving a reply about my refund. I’m just asking to be treated with the same energy and professionalism that I received when I had initially purchased our past Mercedes.

I was looking for a 63 amg Gle s no longer made I was told by all dealers but I bought my 43 from them and Ernest the best manager ever got the factory to make me a 2023 amg gle 63 s I feel special and Terry is the best service guy make sure you see him and Archer the best sales guy I tow for Mercedes and I always recommend this dealer for service and sales hands down they have no competition.

This place is a scam of a dealership , buyer beware. They try to force you to use all their upsell items. They won’t let you get a basic A or B service on their own. Ahmad the service advisor said you have to use their trumped up $700+ B service. Also , if you are a woman, they will try to talk to you like you are stupid and act like you need their extra services. This place is a joke and everyone there needs to be fired. If you encounter this which I’m seeing on other reviews please report their tactics to corporate and BBB.

If you purchase a car here, go somewhere else for your service. I frankly, would not buy my next car here because they don’t respect women. I Do NOT recommend and would not give this place my business and hard earned money. (I assume) because I’m a woman (or maybe they do it to everyone) most servicemen think they can take advantage. I’ve been here a few times and they always try to up-sell and add on services that I do not want nor need. I went in today for a basic oil change and told them I just wanted a basic oil change and did not want the extra services (like, I do not need them to change the battery on my key fob I can do that all by myself, and all that extra stuff they add on). They refused to service my car if I did not do the full package they tried to sell me. Last time they tried this, I was with my husband so the outcome was different (they tried and realized we were not stupid). Today, I was alone so they really tried. I asked to speak to the manager but was directed to someone who was more full of xxxx than the first person. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Due to their shady service practices I would never support their business and purchase my next car here.

After going to Rbm of Atlanta, this service center leaves a lot to be desired. The people who answer the phone aren’t professional and try to rush you off the phone. Every time I come here, it’s an all day thing. I have to constantly follow up with my service provider to get updates. Their customer service needs to be improved a whole lot. I’ll be going to Rbm from now on.

Update: Mr. Dixon, their sales manager contacted with me and got everything properly solved. Im glad they have him. I’m a serious buyer, I’m driving 3 and half hours from Alabama to here in order to buy a brand new GLE350. I got my Cashier’s check ready. Everything was fine until I’m questioning the cost of extended warrenty. They trying to sell me an extended warranty which is apparently higher than listed price from the Mercedes-Benz website. I would also love to buy it if the price is making sense. The financing manager starts to become mad when I asking if I can call Mercedes to see if I will have other options to get my extended warranty instead of buying from them. He starts to give me a lesson while I didn’t say anything. He said god bless me if I can got cheaper option from other places. Me and my wife were just seating there looks like two kids who made mistakes. The financing manager keep telling me I didn’t respect their time and I’m wasting their time. Keep in mind that I drove 3.5 hours and we just spend no more than 1 hour to do all the paperwork. The financing manager also told me the first time of the GLE maintenance will cost around $1000, and the second maintenance will cost more than $1000. And I couldn’t verify. I saw a 1 star review posted four days ago also mentioned the same thing. My wife finally couldn’t stand the preach and we decided not to buy. The car is good, but as a customer, we really feel very very upset, when we have to experience this while trying to by a $75,000 vehicle.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Let first discuss how the service department never answers the phone. They actually had my vehicle (after being towed in) for 3 days before I spoke with someone confirming that it was indeed there still and going to be serviced. I called nonstop to reach them to discuss the situation, each time unsuccessful. Finally by 3:30 pm I spoke with one girl, who proceeded to tell me they were all busy and my information was going in a group chat of service people and someone would then contact me before close of business. Needless to say this never happened, I was forced to takeoff work and physically come to the Mercedes Benz dealership in order to communicate with someone and get my vehicle out of here and towed somewhere that I know will take care of it. If you have a Benz, use Rocco’s European Garage, I knew I should have used them from the start. They are excellent far as price and customer service. I will never even utilize the sales department for my next Mercedes purchase. The owner truly should look into the service provided.

Let me start by saying that the personal service I received was impeccable, but the fees I was charged for looking over my car to ensure everything was in working order (4-year service - changing of air filters) and replacing my windshield wipers were a bit costly. I paid roughly $400 for parts and over $1,000 for labor, and the notification is still on, stating that I needed windshield wiper fluid when I was charged a whopping $74 for wiper fluid. Not sure I'll go back to any Mercedes dealership for service. I feel like women are taken advantage of.

This was by far the worst service experience of my life. Vinny the service advisor tried to scam me by telling me service B1 was $1400-$1700 when its a $400 service. When i questioned him on it he stated "we may be in Marietta but were like the Los Angeles of Mercedes dealerships." He made absolutely no sense and then got aggressive when I told him I was calling my uncle who works in the car business for his opinion. This encounter was such a poor representation of the Mercedes brand and he should be ashamed of himself for trying to take advantage of a young woman! I will be sure to recommend every other dealership than this one!

I previously posted a review and gave Mercedes benz of Marietta a bad review. As I submit my review I received a call from Jorge a hour later. They were closed and he went out of his way to call and informed me what happen Saturday. Jorge went out of his way to track down where my car was located. In short I am pleased with the communication I have received and Jorge going over and beyond to get my car looked at as soon as he can. I want to give a big kudos to Jorge for his excellent customer service as well as being patient with an upset customer.

Scheduled appointment for service A. Service advisor was very nice and professional. Felt like an over 3hr wait was very lengthy to basically just complete an oil change and brake inspection.

It was a rainy day we got our vehicle. Everybody we dealt with at the dealership was very friendly, but there was a lot of waiting which took up too much time. My wife has parkinson's disease and it was hard on her.

It has been more than a month since I purchased a vehicle. I have a lot of electrical issues on a brand new car for which I have paid $115,000.00. My temporary tag expires on December 13 and I still haven’t received any paperwork from the dealership for the registration of the car as of December 12th 2022. I have been promised an update before the temporary tag expires for a whole week and I’m still waiting for an update in the form of a text message orange bell pepper I have written an email to the general manager of this dealership about a week ago and I’m still waiting for a response. I have also written an email to the finance manager who did the paperwork at the time of the purchase, and I am still waiting for a response after a week. I did not expect to have so many problems on a brand new vehicle. The passenger door is broken and doesn’t open. I took it to the Mercedes dealer here in Huntsville and they’re not sure when they can find a replacement handle and they’re not even sure if that is the cause of the problem.

We have a pre-paid maintenance plan; this is my second year with the Marietta Mercedes-Benz service department for yearly maintenance. I was greeted as soon as we pulled in. "Bobby" Frozan was our contact. He was present and very helpful. He took care care of the paperwork quickly and also arranged a ride for us since he told us it was an approx. 3-hr. wait and we didn't bring our second car. We were contacted when our car was ready to be picked up. The side mirror on the driver side needed to be replaced and an order for the part was placed. We are waiting to be notified when the mirror comes in. So far our experience was excellent with Mr. Frozan.

This was hands down my best experience with Mercedes. Jorge made me feel like family! Sometimes at large dealerships you just feel like a number but he took the time to explain what services were being done to my vehicle and advised me on the best next steps to take. He was so kind and really made me feel like I was in great hands.

I originally came in back in July to purchase my GLE 350, I should have ran away from this dealer quickly then. Between the sales person and the pushy finance managers, I was overwhelmed and not valued as a customer. Whenever I have to go into this dealership for service I always feel as though I am being taken advantage of. I brought my vehicle in today for a basic oil change, A0 is showing on my dash. I sit down with Dietrick and he go over the prices, just under $500.00. Then proceeded to tell me that "this location does not only do oil changes", I explained that my previous Mercedes I was able to so when did this procedure change. I left the dealership and called another local Mercedes dealer who was more than $100.00 cheaper for service A0 and advised that they would be able to only complete the oil change. This location is full of employees who are dishonest, they snicker and make comments when you turn your back, and at worst they will ATTEMPT to rip you off. Out of my 16 vehicles I've owned in my lifetime, this experience by far is the worst. I will never do business with this dealership again, if considering this location please do your research prior to trusting them.....it will be worth it!

My wife accidentally swiped the median late one evening returning home from work causing the rear tire (P) to explode. I took the vehicle into the dealership two day later and they were able to replace the tire as well as look for any other damage that may have occurred. The service consultant worked with me to get me a loaner vehicle for the process and was up front on everything.

I went in there and asked if I could get a bagel. And one of the staff said “well it would be a rather greasy bagel.” So I went to find one! While I was in the BackRooms looking for a noice thiccc bagel, but all I found was a 36inch big black rubbery circle. It looked like a bagel… sooooo…. I took a fatty bite! Then I developed lung, ear, nose, throat, eye, ear, toe, tongue cancer. I filed my nails. I cut off my nose and ear and toe and tongue because I had you. Oh shoot there is a woman in a car next to me with the BIGGEST NOSE EVER, so as usual I was jealous cuz I don’t have a nose. Please sub 2 Chasing Thrills on YouTube!!!

Salesperson was a little obnoxious. At the beginning she was professional, but at the end she was so unprofessional I was embarrassed and told her I was going to go back to finance to pull the contract. The issue was my rubber mats in which I have now, but I still do not have the rubber mat for the trunk and key chains. When asked about the key chains, she got loud with me, I was upset and really hurt that she would act that way. She stayed on her phone most of the time in reference to her house she was getting. When asked to move the back drop over so I can have it in my picture also, she stated that’s too much work. I’ve always had Cadillacs and switched to Mercedes because my boyfriend stated it would be better for me and since he’s in the Mercedes family already. When asked about my navigation and map system in which o have buttons for she stated once I get the app to working everything else will work as of todays date, it’s not working. This has been the worse car experience I have ever had.

My car had not be serviced in 2 years, and the MB of Marietta did an excellent job in changing out my fluids, replacing lights, and wiper blades...etc. The technician basically advised that I have 5 or 6 really good years on my ML350 with low mileage. I trusted them with my vehicle and they did not disappoint. 11.17.2022 - Update with my NEW vehicle, Mercedes Benz of Marietta does it again!! My Advisor Ahmad was on top of everything. I had repairs under warranty that needed to be handled to after my car was shipped to me. I took it in and Ahmad checked me in, handle the repairs on my NEW vehicle, as well as handling recalled updates on my Older Vehicle, and had me ready to roll, within a few days on both. Great service and personable.

Regarding the MercedesMe app activation: We purchased a mini motor home with a Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis from an RV dealer. We wanted to connect the MercedesMe app and contacted MB and were told in order to connect to the MercedesMe app to the vehicle, we had to come into the dealer and show proof of ownership for activation. When we arrived, we were told by salesman Quinton Walker, we had to pay $250 for the activation of the MercedesMe app to the vehicle. We said that didn't seem right, but were told by the sales person, Quinton Walker, that is the hourly cost for labor and he would only charge us $50 then for having to handle the activation. We then proceeded to Apple Pay the sales agent, personally to him on HIS Apple Pay, of $50 for the activation process of this Mercedes app? We paid Quinton Walker, personally, via Apple Pay for this activation of the MercedesMe app on our brand new MB vehicle? For a service that is through Mercedes Benz? We have been told by other owners of this RV MB vehicle, that this should not cost anything for us to activate this service with Mercedes Benz. Very disappointed in this scrupulous type of behavior at Mercedes Benz of Marietta, GA for the activation of the MercedesMe app activation.

I've been taking my my sprinter van for service here It was the second time I had disappointment with the service department . First one they wanted me to pay diagnostic fee for a warranty covered job which was done by another location in Roswell for no fee. Second They did my recall service and my sprinter started having issues as soon as I got home. Even despite an independent shop giving me a write up detailing that the problem was directly related to what they had done they said there is no connection and I needed to change some sensor part for $1200. The good thing is I found another indipendent shop for service so I will never have to set foot in this establishment Ever again.

As usual, my vehicle was well taken care of. I was in and out. Showroom and waiting area was lovely.

I took my car to be serviced and repaired on November 2, 2022, to Mercedes Benz of Marietta. Jorge was my service advisor. I informed him my collision assist was inoperable due to hitting a pothole and I needed scheduled maintenance. I had prepaid maintenance and he told me my warranty would cover my collision assist. A few hours later he informed me my tie rod was bent so I had to replace my steering rack. I informed him my tie could be replaced and he told me it could not. He said I had to have the whole steering rack replaced for $3495.00. (I declined since I had already received an estimate to replace the inner and outer tie rod from another repair shop.) He said he would need to keep my car overnight for the collision assist repair and tire alignment. I said okay. I did not receive a call from Jorge the following day. I called him at 3:30pm. He said he was in a training class and to come after 5pm to pick up my car. I arrived to pick up my car at 6:30pm and Jorge had left for the day. Dietrick assisted me. When I entered my car, nothing was fixed. The Collision Assist Inoperable light came on. They kept my car overnight and absolutely nothing was repaired and I was not notified that the Collision Assist was not repaired. Nothing was explained to me. Apparently, since I refused the $3495.00 repair/replacement nothing was fixed and I was not informed. Also, I was charged $229.47. This was my first time at Mercedes Benz of Marietta and my last. I have driven a Mercedes since 2010 and one of the reasons is the customer service. I have never been treated so shabbily in all my years with Mercedes Benz Service. It must be time to move on to a Porsche.

Jorge was professional ,but very busy. His appointment before my appointment went over time which I understand. I had to approach him after his client left to let him know, I had another appt. This was 10 minutes after my appt was due. He never came to find me to let me know he was running behind. He didn't have much time and we rushed thru what I came for. This service visit was not as pleasant as my previous visits. Once he texted me to let me know my car was ready, the message was unclear and it just didn't feel as customer service oriented or smooth as before when getting service.

Always Incredible service here! Terry Castro is the absolute best. He takes super good care of me and makes sure my vehicle is well serviced and ready to go. He makes me aware right away if anything extra needs to be done. He stays in touch with me throughout the process. I know that I have my GLE-350 in good hands there with Terry.

I had a amazing experience with Mercedes Benz of marietta. My salesman Stephan King along with the assistance of Mrs. Janice was incredible. They both have excellent customer service, where very professional, prompt, and thorough through the entire process. My finance manager Mr. Cockerham was professional, and had great customer service. He also was able to give me exactly what I wanted to seal the deal which made me extremely happy. I also received great customer service from Mr. Ernest Dixon when, I first ordered my vehicle and when I had inquiries as well. I appreciate the hospitality that, I received from the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of marietta. I look forward to doing business with this dealership again in the near future. walked in to pick up some touch up paint and a steering wheel cover for one of my older models (2011 e350) and wasn’t greeted at all. i guess since i don’t dress like a big spender my needs aren’t important . after walking around to find the parts department myself, i then stood in line behind a man buying one part for 20 minutes. this is a thursday afternoon by the way everybody in the building is on their phone . while waiting a young lady around my age mid 20s walks in and is greeted and serviced before me because as one of the workers stated to the lady behind the desk ive been waiting at “ i need you to take care of my friend here , i know her mother “ . at this point i knew it was a case of discrimination and left the building . i wish the world wasn’t like this.

I hardly ever write bad reviews. But, the service department at this location is absolutely horrible. The communication is very poor and they don’t have great customer service. I scheduled an oil change at this service and the receptionist called me a day before my appointment saying that they have canceled my appointment and due to them no longer servicing vehicles older than 10 years old. Mind you I have gone to this location several times this year already for several different services and that has never been the case. When I asked the receptionist for further information as to why she said she is not sure. I then asked to speak with the manager whom didn’t answer. I was left to come up with an alternative on my own. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment with another Mercedes Benz service location who does service my vehicle. I recommend not using this location at all for service as they are poorly equipped to give good customer service to those who pay their hard earned money to have their vehicle serviced.

The absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Very difficult to get in contact with them. It takes them an extraordinarily long time to answer your questions, that is if you're able to get in touch with them at all. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. The customer service here is significantly different from that which you receive at other MD dealerships.

Terry was my sales consultant and I have to say he is super kind, nice and smart.. Overall he made the experience nice. But while looking thru the window at the techs doing the service.. I just wasn't sure they did everything that was listed for that service.. Like rotating tires and the car detail.. I just don't remember seeing them do that.. But because Terry was so kind and I had been there for 3 hours.. I kind of just let it go.. since I decided I would be replacing the run flats in a bit anyway.. but maybe I should have asked Terry.

I like this dealership, however, maintenance services are ridiculously expensive/overpriced compared to the service you?re actually receiving. A 20,000 miles service is only an oil change and fluid check at a whooping $800+. How can that even be justified? And they don?t honor their own discounts they send to you via email.

Honestly one of the worse Mercedes Benz dealership I’ve ever dealt with. From the very first day I took my car to get serviced, no one could locate it and give me any answers as to where it was. My service advisor Dexter was beyond rude, incompetent and disrespectful. Never had the answers to any of my questions , never answered the phone nor my texts. Jake the service manager was just as bad, if not worse. As a customer I expressed my frustrations with everything that had been going on with the lack of communication and professionalism as well as my service advisor and nothing was done. I didn’t even get so much an apology for the horrific experience and service I dealt with. As a Mercedes owner, this is not what I expect from a dealership.

I had to go in and get an oil change plus break pads and my service advisor Terry is awesome he goes an extra mile all the time .The only bummer was the girl who is in the loaner car her attitude is ridiculous.

I went in on Oct.12.2022 to purchase a mercedes. My sales consultant was DeMareo. He was very nice, professional, and patient with me during the process. I did get a 2022 Mercedes GLB 250 which was supposed to be financed with Capital One auto navigator. Unfortunately I found out days later that Capital One was not going to finance the mercedes. I returned to Mercedes on Oct. 21.2022 and I thought I was going to have to return the vehicle but the team at Mercedes of Marietta who are Mr. DeMareo(Sales Consultant) , Mr Raymond(Finance Manager) and Mr Ernest(Sales Manager) wanted me to give them some time to try and help me keep the mercedes and after a few hours they were able to get me financed with mercedes finanacial and with a lower interest rate than Capital One. Vinnie, my rep, was helpful and attentive and professional. I am a carpenter and have a Metris cargo van. I understand that it would not be possible, but wish there were tradesmen type rates for repairs. I like my vehicle but think I could have financial trouble if there was a major repair necessary. I only had the plastic cover of my right side rear view mirror replaced and two speed sensors replaced and it was $2700. I checked the cost of a sensor and it was less than $200. and the plastic cover could not have cost much. I was shocked at the costs but have to have my van for work. Anything big would be hard to deal with.

Had a great experience with Jorge. Really good guy. He'll treat you right. You can tell he really cares. Nice dealership. Good facilities, but maybe they could upgrade their coffee game. I think with the price of their cars and service costs, they could offer a better, more premium coffee option. Honestly, that's my only complaint and it's a trivial one.

I took my GLS to this location, dealt with Jorge. They did a proper diagnosis of why my vehicle was displaying ABS malfunction errors. We got the parts and got my vehicle running great again! Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience having my Sprinter van repaired. My service advisor, Bobby, did a great job. The Sprinter tech was terrific. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the girl who calls to remind you of your appointment, gave me incorrect information that caused me a lot of unnecessary stress!

I've been here before for service but this is the first time I dealt with Vincent Oddo. He was absolutely outstanding. He made us feel so important and very understanding of our needs. I've dealt with many service advisors in the past, but he was by far the very best. As long as I can deal with him, I will definitely want him as our service consultant. Obviously you can tell that he made an outstanding impression on us for a job well done!

Lepaul was my Salesman he was amazing, very knowledgeable and patient he answered all my questions. This was my first time buying a Mercedes Benz, Lepaul assured me I was making the right decision and he took care of me from the beginning to the end. I met Ernest as I walked in, he was warm and pleasant he made me feel as though I was in good hands and would be taken care of. These guys made this first time experience wonderful and the most memorable. I left there happy and excited about the choice I made.

Experience okay. But dealership is a little cheap. All you serve your clients is water? Not use to that at other Mercedes dealerships. At least they have snacks while you wait.

The lobby is beautiful and even has a wall-to-wall window that views down into their garage. Comfortable leather chairs and a drink station. Even if you have to wait a few hours it?s comfortable to wait.

First time there was very cool to see the other cars you can only dream of one day driving. Everybody seemed very cheerful. The only thing they would need to make a little better is the shuttle.

Great overall customer service, with kid friendly employees. They answered all questions and any concerns. If one could not answer questions they found someone who could.No real complaints. I shall return.

Dexter Thompson was a big help to me! I initially took my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South for the first time. I thought ok I live in Hampton and they were closer. They made an appointment days out and took my vehicle on the day of my appointment. A few hrs later I received a text message saying they did not have the parts for my vehicle. I was livid! Why make an appointment and take my vehicle if they didn’t have the parts!!! I called Dexter, he checked to see if they had the breaks and made me an appointment the same day!! I had to take off of work for the rest of the day due to Atlanta South dropping the ball! Got to Marietta and everything went smooth!
